Do a walk around vehicle with customers at pick-up and return
Kwame L.Truck was dirty, gas was empty, and I waited more than 1.5 hours to get my truck. They didn't have the moving blankets or the dolly that I paid for. The citgo employee ended up having to get the key for me because the U-Haul guy never showed up.
Joe M.Locations should all update inventory for dollys, pads, etc. instead of being met on moving day without those materials. Also, the instructions for this location weren't clear enough and dropping off keys with a gas station attendant isn't reliable enough.
