The guy was nice upon arriving. l returned the equipment within an hour to move a small furniture piece. Maybe, these people are use to a certain type of person, or personality because l was asked did I want my receipt emailed? l said no, l'll wait. I finally got it l noticed the extra charge of the same as l paid to use the equipment. He asks whats wrong I stated what this? Sales taxes isn't this much it's 6% in Michigan. No, l wouldn't recommend if you're charging dollar for dollar being dishonest and truthful in business thinking l wasn't going to read my paperwork.SARAH M.

There was not type of customer assistance. It was hard to get the lock off no instruction. When I returned the vehicle my phone had died and the rep said that was the only way to return it so i may have to do a dispute on my card for extra charges. I will never rent again from uhal. Arrived early to pick up truck. And we were serviced last. We had no idea the pickup location was a Small gas station. Also the gas station clerk had a CHILD putting our PERSONAL information and credit card Information into the system and told us "you have to be patient because I'm the only one here" (even though there was another adult behind the counter) The location reaked of urine and other human waste. The clerk did not complete a pre or post trip inspection of the vehicle. Thankfully we were able to get our things moved in time. Unfortunately we may not be using U-Haul in the near future.Tia B.

I was disheartened by the fact that I was responsible for a bill that was not mine. The rep never went outside to verify or confirm the beginning mileage prior to me driving off the lot. He tried to state that I drove an additional 11 miles when in fact I had not. I even showed him proof. I was horrified! It wasn't about the money, but the principal of telling me that I was responsible for something I wasn't. The driver door didn't have a lock, the truck jerked as I drove it, the truck was seriously in bad shaped which caused me to get the insurance IN CASE they tried to say that previous damage was my fault. I will NEVER do business with them again!JUSTINE W.

Have respect for Uhaul customers not just your daily customers that visit the mini mart! Have an updated computer instead of handling business on a cell phone! Had to wait almost 2 hrs to get truck even though I made reservation days earlier.REGINA R.

Do not yell at a paying customer, it is rude and disrespectful. I will let others know about this treatment, and the corporate offices of U-Haul.
