YUNAIKY A.Horrible customer service. People at location were clueless. Had to call customer service. I'm not sure how there isn't a system in place for you all to be notified when someone doesn't return a truck. I got there with no truck available. They transferred me to another location that was extremely far. And on top of that the truck smelled horrible and was disgusting. I had no other option considering my lease was done two days after.
