Neither time to pick up nor drop off were the original locations open and we got rerouted both times after having to call the U-Haul customer service and get told to go to locations further then planned. No way was either experience convenient. More of a mess then helpful

Anabel G.The truck was not ready when I arrive. The location doors were locked. It took us over 45 minutes and the help of customer service to access the vehicle. None of the extra equipment I ordered was in the truck. The truck also was junkie and had cigarettes and trash in the doors. I was on a tight timeline and I ran late for my appointment and had to end up paying more. Do not go here
