When you reserve a specific trailer, they always as what you want when I already did that online. The trailer was dirty, and well, we live in Montana, and winter is not friendly to equipment.

I believe the gentleman who helped me was named Samuel. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to rent the trailer. I had some electrical issues and was afraid my whole trip would be waisted. He made sure I was able to get a trailer and everything was working perfectly!!!
completely screwed me 12 hrs before I was to pick up my truck and car hauler Had to spend additional $2500 to rent a larger truck.

The Customer Service agent was very friendly, courteous, and thoroughly explained details! He even upsold me some items that turned out to be very helpful!! I will go back in a few months when I need to move my things into my new home! Well done!! Not like the jerk in Big Timber, I might add. I said "I will NEVER use U-Haul again!!!!" He's giving you all a BAD name!

tail light was not working when we hooked up trailer however they were able to fix it but it did delay us slightly.

The customer service was excellent. The gentleman who helped me went out of his way to make sure the utility trailer I rented was the right one for me.
Took a while for the attendant to find the reservation in the computer because it was misspelled when entered. Then had to go to different building for another attendant to hook up. After hookup and started to drive ahead realized the second trailer was hooked underneath and had to get a jack and uncouple them. Then had to go back in and pay for it. Nearly 40 minutes involved.
At drop off I was meet with a very professional man named Scott he was very helpful and personal at drop off. I will visit this location and use your service in the future.
