Sanitize the vehicles. Wheel was sticky. I sprayed it down with disinfectant. and cleaned the steering wheel. Other than that everything was great. Quick service. Friendly.

Just wasnt really very friendly.. Says leave the key you will get an email. Didnt really seem motivated to help. not the biggest deal but Charged $25 for cleaning when i cleaned the whole truck before i dropped off. Not sure why i was charged that. Even dropped off a day early...
Uhaul worker came out and gave dirty looks while I was parking, offered zero assistance on where to park and refused to answer questions. Very rude and unprofessional.
Booked a reservation and no one was there. Had to call customer service and be on hold for 20 min then waited almost 40 min before I could even get my reservation. Made me over an hour late for what I had to do.
Everything went super smooth and easy. Will use you again if needed in the future for sure. Thank you.

The on-line check-in and pickup process worked smoothly, but it seemed needlessly complex and time-consuming, and required me to repeat some steps (driver license photo and scan, verify return location and arrangements, etc.) that I had already completed at home before arriving to pick up the vehicle. I understand how difficult business is to conduct in the current environment, but everyone at the pickup location seemed frustrated with various steps of the process.
When I arrived at the location, there was an issue on the app with my reservation and it said to call a phone number. Nobody answered. I went into the station, and the attendant just shrugged his shoulders when I asked who could help. He said to call the phone number. I called, and it was the number of the station. He said the attendant who manages uhaul did not come into work and wasn't arriving until noon. My reservation was at 10:30. He said he didn't know what to tell me. I asked for the guy's number, and he said he couldn't provide it to me. I asked him to call the guy himself, and he said no. I spent over 20 minutes on hold on the 1-800 phone number for uhaul. They called the station to ask the attendant to assist me, and the attendant did not come out. They called again, and the attendant still did not come out. Finally, an hour and ten minutes later, the attendant came out to assist me. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with moving and I will never recommend this location. In fact, I'll advise people to avoid this location at all costs. I would like a full refund.

The process at the beginning was long and more involved then I think it needed to be. Why did I need my passport to rent a pickup truck for half the day? The inside of the vehicle was dirty with what looked like ash all over the dashboard.
The online check in system is horrible. I was never sent a code to retrieve my key and got a message to see the attendant to verify fuel and mileage. Thus defeating the entire purpose of online check in. It seemed as if I was bothering the gentleman at the Uhaul counter and he was not very helpful. He instructed me to go out to the truck and enter a passcode (which I never got) and the key would be with the truck. Long story short, after waiting in line again, the key to my truck was behind the counter the entire time. While waiting in line, I talked to three other people who were also having issues with online pick up. The Uhaul website stated my truck would be on the right side of the building. That was not the case. After walking around the whole lot searching for my truck, I found it on the left side of the building, blocked by another truck. Now I have to go back into the store AGAIN, wait for this guy to figure out which truck and find the keys, just so I can finally leave. Because of this, my move started about 40 minutes late. In which I had friends waiting for me at my house for the truck to arrive. Needless to say I will no longer do business with Uhaul.
Paul was very helpful and nice. However, I had booked online already and he decided to do a whole new reservation instead of waiting on hold with Traffic. This meant I had to call in to cancel my previous reservation. Otherwise, the experience was flawless.
Using mobile checkout, I did not receive instructions for the lockbox. It is time consuming to go through the process of taking all the pictures, and the store clerk at K's knew nothing about the process. The van in my contract was not the van where the key was provided. So, the last part of obtaining the key was frustrating.

I needed a pick up with trailer quick. Luckily they had that available and had me on the road in no time.
Nothing wrong with location or equipment. Issue was with the mobile pickup. In theory the practice sounds great (especially during this contactless time) but took almost a half hour to go through the system. Luckily had multiple phones because site would not work on my personal phone. Overall frustrating day as late start due to check in.
Customer service was atrocious. I was embarrassed you let a person like this place service your company. Won't be going back. Can be contacted if needed.

The app was a little difficult to navigate as it appears I have two accounts.
I rented a pick-up truck. It had rained for several days before I picked it up. Emptying out the back of the truck of the water that accumulated would be the only suggestion I have for its condition. The check-in process using the U-Haul app. takes a long time. Improving it would be helpful
Not have that guy working there even if he's the owner so rude then speeding off like a child when he left? Really ? Your an adult grow up.
