Aside from the ball and receiver purchased, all was perfect. Made for a long drive with all the noise. Do i need to go to Ford and purchase a receiver and ball from them. Thank you. Jim And wish i would have written the young mans name that assisted me in loading up and inspecting the trailer in Gulfport, and i even asked him for his name, simply forgot it with my long rattle trip all the rest of the way. He was EXCEPTIONAL. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to interact with such an excellent customer focused employee. It was a pleasure meeting and dealing with him. THANK YOU ! ! !

Need no improve just fine
OBREVIA RI did not receive the correct size truck and was charged for a larger one. I did not receive moving pads. No one has reached out to me about being overcharged after I contested payment when returning truck.
Daniel BMake sure the rental agent is there. The female that first helped us didn't know that they hadn't yet signed the previous customer out. This was quite a delay. She had to call a male person in and he finally figured out that the last customer that used truck, returned it rather late and hadn't signed that customer in yet. We had to wait for more computer work to be done by staff in order for me to be signed out.
ROSEMARY FCommunication was horrible. Checking in through the mobile app was difficult. I was charged twice and had to wait days for a refund. The uhaul was not in the best shape. Overall a horrible experience! I will not be using uhaul again!
