Have the truck at the location that I reserved it at, not at an alternate location. This inconvenience cost me a lot of wasted time. Truck windshield was dirty, there was trash on the dash board, and torn upholstery. The reps I dealt with were all very nice.

The equipment that we had rented was not available on the day of the move which resulted in us having to change the day of the move. The equipment availability should have been checked before our arrival and a simple phone call would have saved us having to drive to the location for no reason.

The personnel were very helpful and patient. The only suggestion would be that there should personnel available to help unload the trucks into the UHaul storage units. I know some locations have this service, but not the one we used. Still an overall great experience.

They cancelled my reservation 30 minutes after my reservation time. And they told me that the equipment was at another location when I showed up at the location that the email said to be at. Fortunately the salesperson was able to fix both problem. Uhaul needs to improve the accuracy of the stated location of the equipment pickup.

I have a complaint with receiving confirmation for one address only to arrive at location and discover they don't rent u - hauls anymore.... Had to drive to different location; which increase my miles (extra miles not included in my budget) . I Did not receive a call, text or email informing me of location change. I ask u Haul agent who could I file complaint with... He stated with him but he made me feel like I was wasting my breath.. With all my years using u haul this was my worst experience and I would not recommend renting from u haul in MS.

We placed 2 different reservations for a truck on a certain day just to get a phone call a couple days later saying that truck was not available on that day. You need to fix your reservation system so that reservations cannot be made for trucks that are unavailable! That defeats the purpose of making a reservation!!!

I felt they were rude. More training in customer service. I was on my way for my appointed time and 2 minutes after the appointment time I received a call that I didn't answer because driving. The message was that if they didn't hear from me immediately they would rent the truck to someone else.i reserved with a debit card. I don't understand the threat.

I have dealt with three different Uhaul facilities in my area in the last few weeks of moving and everything. I must say this one was fabulous, the employees were super nice and knowledgeable, and it was so darn easy!!! I hope I don't need another Uhaul anytime soon (no offense) but if I do I will come back to this place and recommended them to my friends!!! Thank you guys so much!
