Worst customer service ever! Do NOT use this location! When I went to check in the keys late at night all the lock boxes were taken. Went online and followed instructions, and left keys in vehicle and locked as instructed. Turned out those were the only keys there were - as if that's my fault? Customer service person was not apologetic or helpful at all, and was only concerned that I leave positive feedback - no apologies. She gave me regional manager's (Betsy) phone number to call, which I did, and left message for her to call me.... which she never did!!! However, a couple days later I see an additional charge of $80 added to my bill for no reason - without explanation or any rationale at all. This place is bad and unprofessional... WATCH OUT!!!!!!! Use another location.

The employees here were extremely helpful. The counter rep was very personable, completed the paperwork efficiently, and gave me good advice about the mobile phone checking in process. The tech who hooked up the trailer went the extra mile to ensure that the corroded electrical lead was cleaned and put into working condition.

Get the reservation correct. I set up a one way and instead had to drive and pay to drive a truck back 20+ miles instead of 1 mile from where I was. It ended up costing me double. Definitely going back to using Budget.

The truck tires were practically bald causing spinning on wet driveway. Sippl’s has just got that truck from central supply so it was not their fault.

While the location is fantastic and very convenient for me, I extremely angry with the return process for the trailer I rented. I found the app for my phone confusing and it took me almost an hour to get the process done. At my age, everything on the phone is confusing! That being said, I thought I was done when I shared my location to prove I was there. I WAS CHARGED THE CONVENIENCE FEE ANYHOW! When I brought it to their attention, they called the field manager who said there was no proof so they could not waive the fee. I sent a picture of my phone call where I waited on hold for over 10 minutes on a holiday weekend. My e-mail has not been returned. Sippl's has never given me a problem. I am very angry with U-haul.

We had reserved a 20' truck for 8am pick up. The customer that had the truck prior to us, had not returned it in time, so we had no truck. We left, requesting that we receive a phone call when the truck was returned--because we had moving help waiting at our house. We did not receive a phone call, so we followed up around 10:30am.....still no truck. Very frustrating for us as we had an entire 3 bedroom, living room and basement to move...and no truck. We ended up taking a 10' truck (because we needed SOMETHING) and had to take more trips back and forth than expected due to the size truck. We understand the situation was out of Rick Sippls Auto Repairs control--and the issue was on the customer that rented the truck before us. It was just very frustrating---could have received more communication instead of us having to follow-up on the status of what was going on. we did receive a $50 credit for the inconvenience---which was very appreciated.

Next time let me know the pickup location ahead of time. I hate that you don't update the reservation until after we call. You could have updated the reservation the day before and emailed me the details.

Reservations should be easy. Should not require 4 phone calls in which I got 4 different answers. to how to get reservation solidified. We wanted to drop truck in Ringle Wisconsin but i received a text to return truck to 7700 Scofield in Weston. We arrived to a storage location there was no one there no dropbox... nothing so we called UHaul. We were directed to drive to Wausau. What was supposed to take 15 minutes was becoming more than an hour. We moved my 84 year old parents the day before who were waiting for us to return to help unpack. Why were we directed to Wausau when Ringle was closer and has a drop box. We used that site last year? Very frustrated! Thank you Paula
