Overall it was a good experience. The reps were very helpful and friendly. However the truck had some issues. The steering was very loose and it was hard to keep it in lane and there was a tear in the seat.

I had a one way rental from Hartford to Boston, which I was told had been cancelled. Turns out it was somehow in the system under Howard R., rather than my name, Howard Rifkin. Even though I showed the message with the confirmation number, I was told there were no one way 10' trucks available. So, at considerable cost and inconvenience, I rented a 10' in town truck, which needed to be back the next morning. I went home, loaded the truck and then got a phone call from U-Haul saying my 10' one way truck was ready. The store manager, Kevin, agreed to all us to return the truck on Labor Day - two days later, but I still paid 99 cents a mile and it cost $100 to park the truck in Boston. Moving is hard enough, but this added to the frustration and the level of incompetence was breathtaking.

I would not recommend this location due to the fact that the GM was determined to overcharge me 2x where as the system did not let him for which i thank Jesus Christ for that as He did not let injustice happen to me.

The cup holder has some really sticky substance in it. It got all over my wallet, headphones ,and keys and I couldn't get it off without ruining my wallet and headphones. The truck other than this issue was great.

Check In: representative accommodated me earlier than I expected and had me in and out quickly. Vehicle: ran well and meet expectation. Check Out: quick response and was in and out within 10 minutes. Very satisfied.

I am very upset about the sales tax at my drop off location . $6.00 sales tax ? After I paid $221.00 . Unreasonable . On top of the $6.00, I was charged for 3 extra miles that I did not drive . The customer service was unprofessional and very unpleasant .

I reserved a truck for 10:30am but due to the previous customer not returning their truck on time, I had to wait almost an hour for them to return the truck. Fortunately, another truck became available because the customer still had not arrived.

I did the expedited check-in online before arriving; however, I still had to go through the whole process again when I was onsite. Not a really big deal, but not as quick as they make things sound once you reserve the truck online.

Rep forgot to give blankets and checking out I think i was over charged . I will be reviewing my CC statement . The Rep tried to modify the contract and remove the blankets from the order it took a good half hour to check out . Not happy about that.
