Location for pickup was confusing, truck was not located at the same place the online check in required you to be at.

Jeniffer W.I reserved a 5 x 8 trailer and dolly. Showed up and they didn't have a dolly. Why advertise a reservation if not available. This location does not do any equipment, period. Only pick up and drop off.
