When we first arrived it was unclear who would help with receiving the vehicle even though they were open. Because the location is attached to another store facility it is assumed that that facility would help you when in fact they are not affiliated with u-haul, so it's a bit confusing as to where to go to ask for help. Eventually a gentleman from u-haul came and helped us and apologized for the wait.
I'm 65 years old, I have never used the after hours app, I drop off the rig and drop the keys. if you look up Roger Hurick with Diamond Casino Rentals you will see that over the last 5 years on average I rent 10 times or more a year. I was double charged because I didn't use the app. I called the Fresno District office that gave me a reps name and he never called me back, must have left over 5 messages on his phone. Very disappointed I got taken advantage of. Will be rethinking where I rent from now. Roger Hurick 559-707-2882 (was going through old emails) still pissed off
While my review of the pick-up location was positive, I have limited compliments and a lot of criticism of U-Haul itself as a company. My phone app indicated one location, but their web said TBD. I was told that their local scheduling office would call by the day prior to actual day of pick-up, which means they definitely did not have a truck available when I reserved one. I forced a change to a new location in another nearby city because I saw that truck was in fact available. When I checked the phone app again, U-haul had changed my reservation again, and not just the pick-up location, but also the pick up time. That makes is very difficult to plan help for loading the truck, like a piano mover. When I called U-haul again, they transferred me to the dispatch number and in succession they dropped my call twice, later stating they were having phone issues. While I finally connected again, I stated my concern that the change could not work for me, but I did not specifically ask them to remove information from my then current reservation. Guess what? They weren't finished with me yet! They changed my reservation back to TBD. I called back and demanded that they change my reservation back to what I previously had. It is clear to me now that U-haul relies on luck that a truck will be available in the area for your reservation. I understand when there is a shortage of vehicles in an area, but please don't promise a customer a vehicle and then give us a lame excuse of "$50 refund if a truck is not available on your requested date and location." Their system of dispatching vehicles is full of uncertainties, reliance on luck, and empty promises. Just tell us the truth if you don't have a truck secured!

When the 15 ft. truck was rented, I was not given the option to opt out of the travel insurance by the first person and was informed that the vehicle was to be returned before 2:00 PM. The estimate charge for the vehicle was $66.00 at the time. Upon return of the vehicle, I was charged $80.60 to include mileage and travel insurance by another person. The vehicle was only used for 35 miles and was not able to keep the vehicle for a whole day. I think the charge was not fair.
Girl who helped me book the truck had excellent phone etiquette and was excellent. Helped me in ever way possible and was able to answer all questions that I had. Thank you.

The doleys we rented with out uhaul weren't clean they had spider webs all over.

Sanchez feed has a bad manager or who is very does the paperwork for receiving the uhaul trucks, Mike over charged me 5.00 for cleaning which I cleaned and sent a picture of it being cleaned also 19.00 dollars for fuel how could it be 19 dollars for fuel if I only used half of a quarter tank plus mileage how did Mike get the odometer miles if it was no working told the rep on the phob

Rent a u-haul truck and a tow Dolly. What made me really irritated was that they told me the tow dolly would be ready at noon, the lastet. I called them around noon to ask if it was Ready; they replied oh no we have to call someone to fix a flat on it So at 2-3Pm it will be ready. I waited until 310Pm and went over there and waited there for the guy to still get to the shop and fix the tow dolly. I went in 9am and had to call to verify what was happening with the tow dolly didn't leave with the tow dolly until 520ish so I was there in the store waiting from 310ish to 520ish pm. It was a total lost of time. For Something I made a reservation for at 9 Am to receive it until 520ish. Total waste of my time and road time as well.
