It took more than 45 minutes for your employees to figure out how to process my reservation upon pickup, repeatedly informed me that it wasn't her fault she couldn't do her job. You didn't have the proper dolly available and I had to settle for something that didn't meet my needs. The truck and dolly were filthy. The store was blaring inappropriate music. When I went to return the vehicle the following morning, the store wasn't open on time as the employee was too busy eating breakfast behind the counter to unlock the door. I'm embarrassed for you. I will not return and I WILL be vocal about my absolute dismal experience to anyone willing to listen.

I had a disastrous experience at this location. I had reserved and pre-checked-in for a 9am pickup, because I had a very tight schedule that required me to be able to pick up the truck by 9:15am at the latest. When I arrive at the location at 9:05am, the person at the counter (a self-storage facility) said the employee authorized to conduct U-Haul transactions had not shown up for work, and the main U-Haul support number would not give her authority to provide me the truck keys (and she was not familiar with the process or U-Haul system). After nearly an hour on the phone with multiple U-Haul representatives, she was finally authorized to provide me the keys. But, that terrible and long delay caused me to be late for one appointment and completely cancel another, causing me serious reputational harm. The person at the counter (Kim) did her best, but she was trying to cover for an employee who didn't show up, and U-Haul could not provide Kim the support she needed to provide the keys to the truck I'd already check out. This was a horrible, horrible experience with U-Haul, causing me serious problems, and I'm extremely disappointed. You MUST have coverage for U-Haul check-in and check-out at this location, or withdraw their agreement with U-Haul and find another local partner who is more reliable. Again, the counter person (Kim) who deals with self-storage was not at fault, but the U-Haul partner company is, and I'm the one who had to suffer the consequences. Awful!

The store was closed at my appointment time at 1:00 pm with a BRB sign. I had to call UHaul to ask why. It opened and my appointment was 20 minutes late. Only 1 employee on a Saturday! Then the employee didn't know how to use the computer. It took 25 minutes to do the paperwork. I was late meeting my movers. Not using this location again nor recommending.
