I reserved a van to move one bedroom content, I got a call back that a van was not available, a 10f truck is available a different location, when I went to pick up, the 10f truck was rented already an only 15f truck was available. they never mentioned the different in price per mile, I ended up charge double the original reservation amount.
Ziad MStill have not receive a bill. Via emaiĺ. The staff was exemplorary. And even went iut of there waÿ to offer an apple to my 3 yr old grandaughter. I felt old fasion hospitality

TONY OThe blankets and trolley I reserved were.not with the vehicle. I had to wait for them to find some and drive to pick them up. The truck should be loaded and ready to go.
