The pick up location personnel went beyond what I expected. if it wasn't for these people you all would probably NOT survive as a business. The reservation is a joke now.

I had to change locations and go from Grenada to Greenwood. Instead of 36 furniture blankets, they only had 13 furniture blankets, which took up a lot of time to load using any extra clothes and towels we had to cover the furniture.

Contract was not in the system. Manager did know what to do. I had to call customer myself. Representative said it was a computer glitch.

I called the office number that was advertised on the building once to confirm my drop off since nobody was there at 2:00 pm. I then got a text from a different number telling me not to call back. I called the number that text me, and the person was extremely rude and claimed I’d called 5 or 6 times just to hang up. Bizarre to say the least, and insanely unprofessional.

Communication prior to arrival was excellent. I had to call upon my arrival for someone to meet me on location, however my wait time was short. My rental contract stated to return the truck with 3/4 tank of gas, but by the time I noticed the truck was less than 1/2 full, the person had already left and building had been locked up again.

The location was easy to find and had a good selection of U-Haul rentals. This location also made returning the rental, quick and efficient, with a key drop-off box for after hour returns.

Their customer service was second to none. Couldn't have asked for a more helpful or friendly u_haul representative. These wonderful people need to get everyone in the Delta area to come to their business. You won't be sorry.

Always have low expectations when renting from U -Haul and my expectations were met. First the good - perfectly reasonable truck and very clean, good condition and very nice person at the pick-up location. Now the bad. the location to pick up the truck was 60 miles from the location first indicated as my preferred location. ( Which was already 20 miles from where I needed to pick it up). When prepaying/pre checking in, I requested furniture pads and declined all insurance. When U-Haul changed the location, they changed my reservation to exclude the pads but include insurance. I was not charged for the pads - so that is good. Since I had prepaid and prechecked in, I did not look at the contract they handed me until I was on the road . That was when I saw that the contracted had been altered to include insurance. Contracted through U-haul some movers and prepaid. They did not show up. Good news is , U-haul ( or its contract service) said they would refund that charge. ( will have to check my statement to see if that actually happens ). Final bill indicates I dropped the Truck off 30 minutes past the specified drop off time so there is an additional $40.00 charge. I actually dropped the truck off 13 hours earlier than the specified drop off time. I am currently trying to get U haul to correct their error. If not corrected, I will instruct my credit card company to not pay it. Like I said - my low expectations were met.

I've moved a lot. And uhaul is the company I choose to go through when doing so. My service in Utah was great, the guy was helpful with letting me know about things to watch out for and how to handle it, and other stuff like that. However, when I got to my destination to return it here in greenwood, ms. On pearl st. I had to call a number on the building, thinking Someone was going to meet me up there and check it in, they didn't. I also thought that the shop was open the same hrs as every other location. The guy that I called decided to complain to me about how I was suppose to have it back by 12 because that's what time they had closed. And then Proceeded to go on about how another guy just returned his a couple minutes before 12 and also that some lady was suppose to have hers checked in also but hasn't yet showed up. I'm not upset with the company. It's just the attitude some of the workers, who are suppose to be the "guys in charge" act. After a long 1,500 miles here of two screaming toddlers and two dogs and two adults. I didn't want to have to deal with some one complaining because he didn't want to do his JOB. if you don't take more pride in your job. You start to lose customers. When you lose customers. You lose money, and every one needs it to survive. I highly suggest someone looks into this and seeks the issue not only myself, but most likely plenty of other people have with this locations boss.
