This, again, was not a U-haul service center. It was a salesroom for scooters. The return process was very tedious and time-consuming.

They did not have any Uhaul Dollys; however, he had one for his shop that he said he would allow us to borrow; however, it had flat tires.. then he charged us $7. Also we stopped at the gas station 1 block from the location and put in $8.10 in gas to make sure it was at the 7/8 mark; yet, we were charged for 4 gallons of gas, which was $16. Also, we only needed a one-way truck and he told us we HAD TO RETURN IT TO THE SAME LOCATION. He did not call the next closest store to get a one-way truck; therefore we had to pay DOUBLE the price!

After asking if anything else was needing to be paid and being told “absolutely Not all good to go” I was charged $57.85 then had to call to find out why?!? I now have to wait 5 business day to get my money back even tho I should of never been charged it in the first place due to being given wrong information in the first place over the phone, online, pick up all the way to drop off! Was ridiculous! This was only my second time using the uhal company both times problems with quotes/ communication will never use uhal again if I can help it definitely will never recommend it.

Why did I get email invoice for extra day charges? Arrangement was for mileage and day extension to compensate for having to drive further for pick up of truck. Please back out the additional charges

U haul has a mileage of 12 gallons i drove only 15 miles and refueled it with one gallon why i am charged with 3 gallons if fuel? Will never rent u haul again so wont recommend it to my friends

I was charged over $9. for fuel when I actually returned the truck with more fuel than when I picked it up. The truck I reserved was not available so they gave me a larger truck; but they could only let me have the truck for 19 hours. I would appreciate it if the fuel charge was refunded.

Worst experience possible. 1. Issues picking up what we rented. 2. Not informed that the auto trailer could not be detached to load truck...seriously expect us to load a 26ft truck with a car trailer attached?! This issue was addressed and taken care of unlike the rest of the issues. False advertisement is when you promise a month free storage with 26ft one way truck to obtain clients then say oops sorry there’s no available storage but 10x10x8...to fit a packed 26ft truck...impossible. And uhaul staff tells us “I didn’t do it it’s not my problem I can’t help you.” I WILL be posting reviews about your false advertisement. Also, when we arrived to drop off the auto trailer, the destination uhaul staff informed us that the trailer was attached wrong and illegally. What if someone would have been killed?! Unprofessional staff who don’t care about clients. I have now paid for storage at a different facility.

Pick up location changed 3 times, didn't get the tow I asked for a week in advance. Being charged for miles I didn't use, three days after I returned truck. Still have not heard back about the fifth phone call I made to clear up these issues. After numerous conversations, multiple transfers each time, I still have no information on how uhaul will clear this up.

Service vehicles and equipment before let customers rent it, the truck i had needs an alignment keeps deflection, and trailer i got pulled over from police "no ticket " there is light not working, i believe the indicator.

I paid for 24 pads and I received six. The guy put them in the front seat of my car I didn’t think anything about it until at the end of my move when I was counting them up and realized there is no way he gave me 24 pads because he put them between my seat and my dashboard
