I rented a 10 foot box truck, normally what I rent from Uhaul is clean, however in this case we opened it to load it and there was sheet rock and electrical wires a some kind of black dirt all over in the box. And I don't mean just a little, it was covered in it. we had to sweep it out first. everything else was fine.Samuel R.

The billing was incorrect. They never applied the cash we gave them toward our bill. We did not agree to SafeMove but they put it on our bill anyway. They did not explain the return process (thankfully we had rented from another location prior and knew what to do). The truck bed was dirty and full of moving blankets. Facilty was undertaking a remodel it looked like to me. No one would give me any attention to do anything more than to say we are busy, drop the trailer at the end of a row of trailers and we will come out and help. No one came out to assist, so I did it myself. Went back in the facility, and a different assistant advised we are busy, we will look at the trailer later and send me an electronic reciept, which they did about 24 hours later. Good quality trailer, worked very well.Robert W.

A mix-up occurred about the return location of the equipment. The original return site (the location where we rented the equipment) sent us to a different location to return the equipment. The situation was resolved and Uhaul got their equipment returned to them.Russell S.
Did not provide the type of truck I rented nor inform me on unavailability. Reserved 17 ft n Was told I can be given only 15 ft while picking up. Requested to find a 17 ft nearby locations meanwhile the available 15ft was booked by another customer. Just a mess!vikram V.
The truck we used was in decent shape and got the job done. The only issue was the gas gauge. The truck was at 3/4 full and I was asked to return at 3/4 full. I ended up putting over $30 in gas for driving less than 30 miles because the gauge is evidently broken and does not read to full.Mark D.
Improving your computers and internet so the contracts could load within 10 minutes would probably be helpful.Rick M.
I'm a little frustated with the resveration system(not the with any one location). The time that customer selects on the site is not the acutal pick up time for the equipment. Its a preferred time. I would suggest make the resveration system based on when a truck(s) are available(specfically the time), not a preferred pickup time. I made a reversation to pickup at 8am, but was told I had to pickup at 10am (plus drive to a differnt location). Furthmore, I was told there were not trucks available at 8am. However, I went by the location the night before pickup and there were two truck( the sixe I needed) sitting on the lot.Nicholas C.
There were 2 people ahead of me and I expected a 15 minute wait. But to my surprise, the gentlemen at the counter was polite, courteous and efficient. He was able to multi-task and got all 3 of processed in less than 5 minutes. when I returned the truck, he was out there before I had finished backing in the truck. Again he was polite, courteous and efficient and we were out of there in a couple of minutes. Thank you for a very favorable experience.Kent H.
Truck would NOT exceed 45 mph uphill on the freeway. This complicated my return trip from Kentucky. How does Uhaul plan to compensate me for this dangerous inconvenience?Vincent W.
The man checking me out was complaining about the system being down and that his area manager wouldn't help him. He was grumpy and complaining the whole time. I also didn't feel safe. Nobody at the location was wearing face masks (which protect others).Wendy M.
I started out at the Johnson Equipment Rental / U-Haul . Worse experience of my life! So, I left and went to the Only Way To Go/ U-Haul. I would not recommend U - Haul.Lena R.
Your website didnt work at all to check in. Had to go inside which took another 10 minutes because his system wasnt working. His customer service was completely lacking. Ised the van for under 1 1/2 hours. Went to return and took us 35 minutes to try and use the site of two different types of phones. Nothing was easy about this, it was almost double what I thought the cost would be. I would not recommend uhaul to anyone.Danielle S.
