Mu original location was in Amherst which got cancelled that morning so i had to go an hour out of my way to get the truck. Not acceptable but Greenfield location was very nice and helpful.Catherine H.

UHaul booking sysitem is a disaster. Equipment not reserved, available 76 miles away if I wanted. Redirected to this location 30 mins away for more equipment than we needed. This location had helpful folks running the place that were great to deal with.john M.

Truck had empty cocaine baggie, 1 empty heroin envelope, several small wads of cotton for filtering IV use as well as a syringe cap. Scrap lumber in cargo area. Splatter of some sort on dash and radio. Discussting and grossly unsanitary overall. Poor basic maintenance at the local level.chris C.

I had to walk over a mile in 22Â°f weather to get to the uhaul pickup location because they are not actully picked up at yankee self storage. They are at a different location. Would have been nice to know before my ride dropped me off.jesse M.

The check in process took a bit longer than I think it should. I did the self check in and although the app/online process is quite easy and straightforward it took a while to get approved to leave with the u haul and the app would sometimes lag to check in and log once the u haul is back.Sophie M.

I will never rent from uhaul again! I reserved my equipment for my move a month in advance. They decided to tell me 2 days before my move that they didn't have tow dolly for my car. I wanted a car dolly because my wife had serious surgery and couldn't drive 9hours. So now I have to travel back 9 hours to pick up my car. I paid $751, which is outrageous for you guys waiting last minute to tell me that you didn't have what I needed.Camden G.

The rental for the vehicle (Van) was a very good option for us. The process was easy and the van was all ready to go when we arrived to pick it up. Jess was most helpful with answering questions, as this was the first time we have rented from U-Haul.Rose C.
Van was full of cigarette ash, loose tobacco, cigarette wrappers, dirt and mud. Despite a *no smoking* policy and stickers prohibiting smoking all over the van. Yim allergic!! You'd think they'd at least *try* to clean it. Nope. Disgusting. Asked for different van. Next one was worse. Tank less than full, despite them saying it was full. Cancelled contract. So bad. How possibly in business? Clean your vans!!!! Never had disgusting uhaul before. They had two. Horrible. Terrible. Absolute worst ever.Katharine T.

The inside was not very clean and with the pandemic I expected it to have been wiped down...it also had no windshield wiper fluid in it. That being said..,the van worked well for what we needed and rode comfortablyPeggy S.
Everything was okay, except for the cleanliness of the cargo van-- The inside of the rental van (in both the back AND cab) seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. There was trash left behind in both parts, cobwebs, and an overall coat of dust/dirt.. I understand the condition won't be perfect, as it is a rental van so there will be scratches and dents, but a basic level of cleanliness is something that most paying customers would ask for (especially during a pandemic!!!!) (However, I also understand times are tough right now, and a lot of employees' hours are cut, etc. so things are more chaotic than usual right now at most places of business.) Again, I know it's not realistic for the van to be sparkling clean, but just for everyone's sake, if it was possible: a quick spray-down of the equipment with some Lysol cleaner (or whatever brand) between customers for the future would be a great idea that could easily solve these issues. Oh well, we are all trying our best, and everything else went okay, it wasn't a bad experience- thankfully I had lots of hand sanitizer with me! Thank you!Vincent L.
