The rental for the vehicle (Van) was a very good option for us. The process was easy and the van was all ready to go when we arrived to pick it up. Jess was most helpful with answering questions, as this was the first time we have rented from U-Haul.

Van was full of cigarette ash, loose tobacco, cigarette wrappers, dirt and mud. Despite a *no smoking* policy and stickers prohibiting smoking all over the van. Yim allergic!! You'd think they'd at least *try* to clean it. Nope. Disgusting. Asked for different van. Next one was worse. Tank less than full, despite them saying it was full. Cancelled contract. So bad. How possibly in business? Clean your vans!!!! Never had disgusting uhaul before. They had two. Horrible. Terrible. Absolute worst ever.
Calling the 800.number was not helpful. Walking into this location and talking with a very helpful person was a great experience. I wish I had been able to call the location the first time around.
The inside was not very clean and with the pandemic I expected it to have been wiped down...it also had no windshield wiper fluid in it. That being said..,the van worked well for what we needed and rode comfortably
Everything was okay, except for the cleanliness of the cargo van-- The inside of the rental van (in both the back AND cab) seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. There was trash left behind in both parts, cobwebs, and an overall coat of dust/dirt.. I understand the condition won't be perfect, as it is a rental van so there will be scratches and dents, but a basic level of cleanliness is something that most paying customers would ask for (especially during a pandemic!!!!) (However, I also understand times are tough right now, and a lot of employees' hours are cut, etc. so things are more chaotic than usual right now at most places of business.) Again, I know it's not realistic for the van to be sparkling clean, but just for everyone's sake, if it was possible: a quick spray-down of the equipment with some Lysol cleaner (or whatever brand) between customers for the future would be a great idea that could easily solve these issues. Oh well, we are all trying our best, and everything else went okay, it wasn't a bad experience- thankfully I had lots of hand sanitizer with me! Thank you!

Didn't have the truck I reserved after I reserved it. The appliance dolly and cart weren't available. We had to buy windshield wipers because it was pouring and there were none on the vehicle.
Representative went above and beyond assisting us with our rental.

The Van was in perfect condition. The woman who handled the pick-up and drop off was excellent.
My contract was for 4 hours but you charged me for one day! You said you would contact me within 48 hours to resolve but still no word. I have the email from Uhaul stating 4 hours at a lower rate than I paid. Please resolve this asap
The side door would not open after I began to use it. The back door locked when I was in side the vehicle with no clear way to get out. Service at the Yankee Realtor store was excellent and billing was done well.
The parking lot is somewhat small considering you are sharing it with two other business.
The van was filthy inside and out, and you want to charge me a cleaning fee of $25.i took a picture of the back of the van before we used it.
There was a blunt butt in the cup holder, the lock on the back had no key, and it took me 30 minutes to check out my Uhaul

Person at pickup was somewhat rude. I called the next day to make sure that the truck was fine since I had to leave the keys in it unlocked, the person on the phone was extremely rude.
Have the truck ready for pickup. Vehicle had to be brought to the site and snow cleaned off. Old leaves left in the truck bed
I had a $11 charge added to my file which was not selected at the time of my online booking. I am very upset that it was added with out my being aware.

Rude staff, filthy vehicle. Staff was late to arrive to turn over vehicle and didn't even apologize, was texting while going through sign-in process with me, pricing system was not properly explained so later when I received my invoice I did not know why I was being charged for some things I was not told about. They also parked their own vehicle in such a way that it was extremely difficult to get the Uhaul van I rented out of the parking area. Furthermore, the van was completely disgusting - the floor was covered with dust and debris, and there were still some items that belonged to the previous renter inside, such as empty potato chip bags, dirty socks, and old cardboard. Can't believe I spent money on this.
