The staff were helpful, but the uhaul truck was not in great condition and the check engine light went on, the tire pressure light was on.

Leasing agents were not readily available as they are running a very busy auto parts store at the same time. The muffler was hanging off the truck and they wouldn't fix it so I had to do myself in the parking lot before I could drive it. The windshield was covered in dead bug splatter and I had to go in their store to buy spray cleaner and wipes to clean it up my self. Once I got on the highway the truck was shaking so bad I thought the left front wheel was going to come off. Thank GOD it was a local move. What if I were going to CA. I would have had to post pone my trip. If these people want to have a uhaul business they need to hire some one to run it!!!
Improve location device at this spot, I was not able to log in the return myself and had to pay the extra $20
Scott Taylor was knowledgeable and very helpful in completing the forms and connecting the trail or to my pickup truck. I would recommend Carquest as a good site to secure a u-haul trailer.
This was one of the poorest experiences I ever had....I rented a trailer, and brought the trailer back on time...the Carquest Dealership in Greenfield said they did not know how to check in my trailer...I asked 4 times for paperwork, confirming my time in the store...they refused....they said drop the trailer off, and they Manager will get to it later....I was billed an extra day and it was only due to them checking it in 2 days later....I actually took photos of the trailer checked in.....the store refused to help in any way....this will be THE LAST TIME I EVER RENT ANYTHING FROM UHAUL.....you lost a customer (and his entire family) over $30.....pretty bad...
With covid, have some guarantee that the vehicle cab has been disinfected
Actually have the equipment that is reserved. We had to drive an hour out of our way because this was supposedly the closest location with everything on our reservation. Turns out they didn't have an auto transport, the most important part of why we choose uhaul for this move. No one anywhere near our location actually had one (after calling every location and "traffic"). Horrible experience and this makes 3 out of 5 moves I have done with uhaul where there was a major issue. I will go elsewhere in the future, even if it costs more.
Your service was absolutely dreadful. I scheduled a truck 5 mins from my house that was confirmed the day before and when I got there, they moved the location to one that was an hour away. I lost 3 hours because of your oiss poor decision making. I will never be using uhaul again. I was also charged $150 more then what it showed I should've paid online. Your company is a joke.
Easy drop off
Was not informed at any point of the process that there was a mileage charge. It was an unanticipated expense. Very disappointed.

I had so many issues after reserving my truck 2 1/2 weeks prior to me moving. Even paid upfront. For the truck I needed to not be available in the location I needed, and when I accommodated uhaul and went the nearest one that was supposed to they were closed a hour before closing time a hour before my pick up time. Corprate sent me to federal street for a smaller truck. Which the contract process was so complicated and the people were rude and canceled my order. Corprate had to call back and put my order back in the system. When dropping off my truck and the trailer that was supposed to be complimentary due to the difficult process obtaining it, they said the truck was not found in the system. I have never in my life delt with a company so unprofessional, rude and short fused when faced with adversity. I would never recommend this company to anyone. This whole experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and traumatized me forever.

The check in process was challenging. The software was slow and even when I did the advance check in (which wasn't clear I needed to do before) it took some more questions at the counter to get going
The truck was fine. I had two other issues, though. I ordered two dozen blankets online for the move. When I got to the store the service rep said that they didn't have any moving blankets. I asked why? He said people don't return them and that the uhaul website doesn't always show what's available at each store. I find that humorous since the uhaul website automatically adds a moving dolly and furniture dolly to your order. What if you were counting on those and didn't find out the store doesn't have it until you showed up. A call from the store to tell you they don't have blankets, dolly, etc would be helpful so you can make other arrangements. My second issue was that the store didn't check my truck in until two days after I returned it. I got a call from uhaul the night before asking if I still had the truck. It probably still wouldn't be signed in if I didn't call the store and ask them to sign it in.

Great equipment, great service, great price
The experience with the pickup location was awesome, truck was in perfect condition, and ready to go when I got there. BUT, when pressing "other" for payment when I brought the truck back, and being prompted that a representative would contact me in 48-72 hours was BS. I expected to be able to pay cash for the rental, but the card I had on file was run. What is the point of having the option, and telling me that, if you were NOT going to call, and just run the card?

Windshield washer fluid was empty and the driver side wiper fell off while I was clearing the windshield in heavy interstate traffic.

Waited almost an hour for pick-up paper work. Returned car during advertised rental office hours, waited half-hour for paged customer service who apparently was not there. Could not use after hours return because I didn't have a cell phone. Had to insist store customer person accept keys to vehicle. Never received email to confirm return until I called twice over next two days.
