Due to the virus, the process was pretty disjointed and confusing, and the vehicle I had booked wasn't available (it was there, but no keys were provided). After talking to UHaul, we instead were given keys to a truck which worked out fine. All in all, a perfectly fine experience - the truck was in perfect condition, and perfectly clean.

I ordered a 6X12 trailer and when I got there they have never had one. If something is going to posted online as available it should be there when I show up. All they had was a 4X8 trailer so I took it but now I have a half filled apartment because I couldn’t do my full move in one go. When the man helping me tried to contact his manager he got zero replies from him so I couldn’t even try to get the problem fixed. On top of all of that I had to go and buy an adapter for the truck I was using because this trailer did not even have the standard plug in. Awful experience and it has made my moving much more of a pain than it should have been.

Didnt have trailer we reserved. Charged us 100 more for what yhey had there. Scheduling mgr told us it was same price. Called main uhaul number....they said they couldnt change price. Our reservation said it was GUARANTEED

Truck could be ready, truck could have a full tank of gas, moving blankets could be folded and ready not in a giant heap in a back room. Overall impression is a 1 out of 10.

I liked the customer service and the cost of moving. Unfortunately, you can’t reserve a truck and know for sure that it will be there when you need it. Fortunately there was one available.

We expected to rent from Pittsfield, the site of our move, and were disappointed to have to drive 45 minutes there and 45 minutes back to the uhaul store in Pittsfield to pick up the a couple of items we had paid for online. An added expense for us to pay for gas for our vehicle to get there and then the gas for the rental. Plus the extra time commitment.

I appreciate the ability to rent a one way. However with no cruise control in the vehicle the driving was very uncomfortable. When we picked up the car hauler the rental agent knew nothing about the trailer. As for the Bennington location the agent there has a very pissy attitude. I rented storage from them for two months and the truck and Tina was always snotty.

The location was good. The service i received from the uhaul booking/reservation team was terrible, they were rude and didn't care one bit that the reservation they had set up was 40 minutes away from the location I called 1st. Then thenoperataor was rude and wanted to cancel the reservation after inalreadyndeove 3 hours to the location in was picking up from. Customer service sucked and illnpeob never use u haul again.

Ride Share was impossible. It did not work! I had to wait for the uhaul to open and was delayed 3 hours! Uhaul could not help me work it out on the phone. It was not the location . They are great it is the uhaul corpioration that has lowest customer service!

I notified the people about a transmission problem which they said had been given to repair having been told the problem was fixed. A repair was attempted and evidently the repair shop did not pick up the problem. I found the rental process to be simple and easy.
