The dolly trailer had damage to the wiring harness from a previous customer. We were not given the option to inspect prior to rental. The lights didn't work properly at night.

They clearly didn't check the truck at all before I used it. Was not swept out, mileage was completely wrong. Gas was only at a quarter tank and now I'm getting charged for extra mileage and not filling up the tank. Never using uhaul again!! And I will be telling people about this.

It would be nice if the truck you asked for and was on the rental agreement is the 1 you actually received. I had booked a 10 ft truck and was given a 15 ft.The reason I was given was that I was local and someone else was given my 10 ft rental for a longer haul. I did get the 10 ft. rental price so that was okay, but gas cost me a bit more than it would have.

Drop off area was not very user friendly some confusion in regards to drop off on HWY 11 and the location right in town. The after hours drop off section isn't clear and parking is hard with a large truck.

I have left a message with uhaul management regarding this rental and have yet to hear back. Bad enough that I had to spend almost an hour of my time clearing ice out of the trailer. I've now waited almost two full business days since hearing back.

As a former uhaul dealer myself. The experience was excellent. My only feedback is not against the dealer. They should be provided trailer stands as I was when I was a dealer so the hitch isn't lying down on the snow and easier to hook up. It freezing temps the hitch actually froze to grown. This is nothing the dealer could do but Uhaul could make the customers experience easier by supplying these to their dealer.

No screw jack or winch was available to lift the 12ft double axle trailer onto my hitch. This was very difficult because of the double axle and I risked doing injury to myself. Dealers should be provided withe the proper equipment. PLEASE

When you book a car dollie on the phone it's not the 45$ you claim but you also have to put down a deposit that will supposed to be mailed back to you. I wasn't impressed!

Location was extremely hard to find, poor signage, and dark area at night.

Dolly was missing spring loaded pin to secure ramps. Part not available in Gravenhurst so I used a nut and bolt to keep it in place. Gravenhurst made a note on the contract for me.



Maybe show customer vehicle. Show customer where everything is located on the vehicle. Better signs for drop off location. Very confusing when you return vehicle l.

They were thieves and the truck drop off looked like a junk yard. They said the truck was dirty when it wasn't. I went with the man inside the truck asked "where is it dirty. He replied "oh I bet when I sweep I'll get a dust pan full". replied that the truck was to be returned broom swept with blankets folded - not spotless! I was not asked to vacuum the truck which would have been the only way to remove every single grain and that it was cleaner then when I got it. At which point they said don't worry about it then we'll just charge head office. So they are stealing from you!

We wanted to pick up in Orillia on Saturday September 2nd but was told I had to pick it up in Gravenhurst on Friday September 1st. As I live in Newmarket and wanted the van in Orillia Saturday, I and a friend had to get the van Friday. 4 hours times 2 people plus fuel. I will be looking elsewhere for the next move.
