I did experience an issue.. I checked teh gas gage and put gas in when I was finished. I went 17 miles and put in over a gallon of gas but they still charged me 5.97 in gas charges.. Also teh receipt has an email address in it that supposedly you can ask questions and it odes not work

Joshua Sneed was more then helpful beings my conformation number really didn't mean anything..he gave me a smaller truck, extra miles. By the way your computer system sinks for such a large company. You'll should give Joshua a pay raise beings he went out of his way because no one contacted me anytime on Saturday 8/19 before 4 pm saying the truck I was supposed to get would not be in until Sunday morning at 8am when I needed to be at my location at 7 Amon the 20th. And I received a text message at4:39 saying I could pick a truck up in Easton at 5.. I had already got truck through Joshua and home by then and Easton would of been closed by then. Other then the truck not being there I would go back again but next time call ahead to see if truck was in. Joshua is an excellent employee. Thank you, Laura Hall

Van was not fully fueled when I signed for it, although the paperwork indicated it would be. The attendant on duty noted this, as well as several small cosmetic damages to the exterior, prior to my departure, so no skin off my nose. But it should have been noted in the documentation prior to my acceptance of the van.

We did not have a favorable experience at this location. We were told we could pick up a 10' truck at the Easton location. At the last minute we were told we had to go to another location to get a 15' truck which we did not request. We were also told we had to pick up our mattress covers in Easton. The person at the desk was unable to print our contract. The fuel level was more than what the he listed . Because of going back and forth to the different locations, we went over our mileage and was charged for it! Very poor customer service.

The app for self check-in doesn't work. It gets to the take a photo screen and then will not respond. I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. It's not the latest and greatest, but works with other apps I've used. The woman in the office said I was the first person to use it at their facility. We tried several times but couldn't get it to work. She was very professional and helpful. She processed the transaction through her system. When I brought the van back, I had the same problem with the app. Otherwise, my experience was excellent.

Picking up my truck was very easy and Bobbi was great. She walked out with me and showed me around the truck and got me going. Returning the truck was very quick and also great customer service (I don't remember his name but he was very nice!). Definitely an excellent experience!
