No improvements. Great experience, great vibe, & easy-peasy everything. Get new heating for the building though. The kerosene heating is overwhelmingly awful.

Location was easy to find and the auto trailer was ready to go. Equipment looked in good shape and I had no issues.

I dropped off the truck after the business was closed. There was plenty of parking space and the lot was easy to navigate so that I didn't have any issues returning the vehicle. There was also a drop box for the key.

My only complaint was that I requested a 26ft truck, and only got a 20 ft truck. Because there was not one big enough to haul all of my belongings, I now have to make a 2nd trip in a regular truck to get the rest of my stuff. I really needed that extra 6 feet.

This is the second time in a month that I have dropped off a U-Haul rental at this location, and the large parking lot made it easy for me to park both a big truck and a trailer, even though I am not very good at backing!
