I didn’t know the area that I moved to. I indicated that I would call when I needed to drop off the truck. When I call, I suggested s location that I had identified less than 2 miles away. I was then moved around (on the phone) 3 times and then given a location to drop off the truck that was closed. When I called for direction on how to leave the truck, I was told that they would send me a video. It never came. Only a form to ask for help. I called back three times, and finally a rude women told me to just put the keys and contract in the box. I have been using u-husk for years, especially to help move my kids. I will not be using them again based on this poor customer service. Your calls are recorded. You should check these out. Very frustrating to be sent to a closed location.

We rented the truck late in the day (+/-4:00 PM ET). We told the location we only needed the truck for 2 to 4 hours. They indicated we could drop off the vehicle after hours and we would have to place the keys in the "After Hours Drop-Off" location. We returned the vehicle around 7:00 PM ET and placed the keys in the designated location. When we received our bill the next day it included a $20 "after-hours service fee". The location attendant never disclosed there would be this type of fee even after we told him we were returning the vehicle after hours. To that, we request that you credit us the "After Hours Service Fee of $20:00.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, but when I went to pick up the truck, there were a few large dents/scratches that had not yet been marked. We had to wait for several minutes for the employee to document and photograph the damages. Additionally, my reservation had to be changed at the last minute, but the representative who contacted me did not consider the fact that I had purchased certain moving supplies that were not available at this location. Overall, not a bad experience, just somewhat inconvenient.

What a wonderfully clean and professional shop!! You should measure your other providers by how they match up to this facility. The place is spotless and the folks were perfectly polite and helpful....and fast, too. Excellent operation and you should reward them somehow for being associated with you.

I phone 10 minutes before I arrived and was told there was a truck available. No one asked if I wanted to reserve it. When I arrived that truck wasn’t available and had a reservation. They had a smaller truck that they said had 15’ of flat floor that was available. I rented it only to learn it had just 12’ of flat floor and my 16’ load was dangling out the back, I had to drive very slowly and spend extra time securing it. Then, this location is not open Saturday. So I had to return it on the app. Did not enjoy that process at all. My phone died. I borrowed my daughters phone and called in. They took a report but wouldn’t return the truck over the phone. Monday I recieved an electronic invoice. I was charged for two days. Had to call and get the charge reversed. I’ve told this story now three time to UHAUL (Friday night, Monday and now). No credit or refund offered at all. Horrible experience. Sincerely, Kevinn Donovan 616.552.2568

Trailer Lights worked but I noticed wiring burned from a previous Vehicle. Store employee had me help hoist heavy trailer tongue onto my hitch when several other employees were present inside.

The truck was in bad condition. I was given an old truck with very high mileage to drive 700 miles. Some of electrical system worked intermittently, including parts of the radio and the right turn signal. The fabric from the ceiling of the cab was peeling away and draping down to cover the top edge of the windshield. The cargo area smelled of animal urine. There was no safety inspection or review of the truck when I picked it up. This truck cost cost approximately $600 more than the same size truck that I used to deliver the items to Grand Rapids from Tennessee about 2 months ago. To bring the same items back, your company charged me significantly more and provided me substandard equipment for a very long drive. I am appalled by the quality of the truck and the price. I feel that this truck is not suitable for long drives and should not be used for such again. I think it is irresponsible for Uhaul to put its customers at risk of equipment failure . I had many problems with Uhaul about 15 years ago and stopped renting trucks altogether because the fleet was very bad and I had multiple trucks break down on me, costing me a lot of money. The customer service was as bad then as it seems to be now. Unless I can get a guarantee of reliable equipment from your company, I will not rent from you again. I had problems with customer service in July That cost me money as well.

Equipment was not at location. Had to drive to other locations to get what we were guaranteed would be there. This location is not an actual uhaul place so staff was not helpful or knowledgeable about what to do.
