Location Excellent. Staff extremely helpful. Forgot to get my pads, but otherwise ok. Would absolutely rent from here again. My problem is with U-HAUL Billing and the U-HAUL phone number (1-800-GO-UHAUL). I have been listening to hold music and the recorded "Want to give us feedback to help us improve our service.. Go to UHAUL.com/revew to share your experience with us" message for over 20 minutes now. My problem is with BILLING! I have been double billed, and can't get human on the phone. Bill was supposed to be $136 + tax, but have been billed for $157 and $183

I had an 11:30 appointment to pick up the truck. I arrived and the person was out of the building. We waited for 10 minutes and was told he would be back in next half hour. Tonight, i received an invoice for an additional $63.75 in gas. I went a total of 38 miles and paid 10.00 to fill up the tank. The gas tank capacity imagine is an error or there is fraud going on with this. i expect this $63.75 to be reimbursed.

Had to wait 30 minutes to get someone to even acknowledge I was there. Finally dropped off the trailer and yesterday I see they charged me $75 for the utility dolly that was inside the trailer. Now I have to hassle with them to get the seventy five dollars back.

I did not receive a phone call on where to pick up my trailer, do I arrived at the Grandville location. They did not have my trailer, so they gave me a choice to go to Alpine, or Ball Rd. I went to Ball Rd, and there was nobody to staff UHaul there. After over an hour, the mechanic dispatcher was able to get me checked out

Truck was a little dirty on the outside.Gas was a quarter tank less than what was marked. I told the helper and there was no response. Needed wiper blades very badly as I needed them on my trip.I felt like just a number.If I would have had a way to get to Penske I would have rented their truck as it was $100 less.

There was a food receipt from other user left in van. The interior bed was dirty. We received a printed receipt prior to check out quoting $0.29 per mile. We were charged $0.69 per mile. Very unhappy customer!

The older gentlemen was nonchalantly rude. It was like we inconvenienced him on some way with our presence. Even when I brought the truck back it was like "this what we owe you back" with no explanation how he came to that figure. I just said THANKS and continued my day feeling like I had accomplished something, because I did, my kids had new beds and they had no idea how I made it happen.

I was told the appliance dolly was 19.99 and i wasnt told the safe move charge was daily. None of those details were discussed. I wouldnt pay $70 a dolly i could buy at harbor freight for $30.00 Can you explain why there where next to no details explained ? It is some what misleading to omit information. He handed me a paper said sign and gave me the keys. I would like a explanatiom

I dropped off after hours, so I did not talk to anyone or see the office. It was convenient. One thing they could do to improve their location would be to put a sign on the side of their building where the uhaul trucks are parked which indicates that they key drop box is on the other side of the building. Overall, no issues.

Seemed "loose". Clerk/mechanic left truck unlocked and door ajar after checking mileage. Also, we returned the truck with CONSIDERABLY (~10 gallons) more fuel than when we picked it up but still got charged for 2 "excess" miles. Seems excessive!

The location is great and the service is adequate. He didn’t know what the safety tow coverage actually covered and I was told to read it myself. I think it’s good for customers to know that this insurance covers the contents, but not the rental vehicle or trailer.

When returning the truck, write that the box is in the back of the building. We circled around the area for it!

The truck ran really rough, the dolly I paid for was not there, there was no ramp. Because of these 2 things I ended up paying out an additional $50.00 to pay strangers to help me load and unload the 1 item I rented the truck to move. I have used Uhaul for the last 35 yrs, for 7 moves, this being number 8. I am so disappointed I may never use uhaul again. I feel I should receive a full refund.

Bill at All Auto Car was not friendly. The office was dirty and uncomfortable. I have rented U-Haul trucks and vans many times and this was the worst experience that I have had. I am normally very pleased with my U-Haul experiences but this time was very bad.
