Everything about the Uhaul was fine other than the driver door not opening. However they did frustrate me. They called me that morning to tell us we had to have it back by 3 and were super strict about it because they have someone else picking it up right at 3. Okay understand. We rushed to hurry and move what we can and didn't finish everything to hurry to get it back on time. We went back to get the rest of our stuff with our cars and drove by the place an hour later and the uhaul was still sitting in their parking lot. So I am not sure what happened but as you can imagine that is very frustrating to rush and hurry to get it back by when they said they have to have it just for it to sit in the parking lot.

I had a great customer service experience with this location
Nakiya H.Truck didn't include a dolly as promised. Convoluted directions on how to reserve a truck online. Had to call customer service to create a new password several times to validate reservation. Took possession of truck one hour after scheduled.
