When originally reserving the truck to rent, I did request to be notified once it was ready to go. I did not receive a phone so I could pick the truck up earlier. Other than that, the overall experience was good!

I have rented a cargo van from this location twice. Both times I experienced a long wait at the counter to pick up my rental, which I booked online. I think an additional CSR or two would go a long way to expediting transactions. 25 minutes is a long time to wait just to pick up a key to a confirmed online reservation. I might also recommend occasionally test driving rental vehicles. The van I got this time around, a Dodge ProMaster, was a genuine rattletrap. There was so much screeching from the metal panels separating the cargo area from the driver and passenger, and so much rattling from the rails in back, that I couldn't hear traffic noise from inside the vehicle unless I opened the windows. I took a screwdriver and a socket wrench to the cargo area when I got home and tightened several of the noisemakers down, and that helped, but this should not have been necessary. It ought to be part of routine maintenance. On the positive side, once I got to the counter to pick up and return my rental, the CSRs I dealt with were polite, friendly, and competent. And despite the noise issues, the van performed well in all other respects.

It's infuriating that I went out of my way to return the tow dolly in FOUR HOURS and get no credit for that. I had to tow a car that I was hit in by a girl adjusting her cell phone volume. They ask you to have a 24 hour rental back in 6 hours and I beat that by 2 extra hours. I would like half the rental credited back to my card. I'm going to call Amex and Dispute this because it's a total rip off.

All the store locations I have ever visited have been above average to Excellent!!! The issues I have had are with the online bookings( over bookings and corporate not communicating with the stores in a timely manner!!!) and corporate u-haul, not at the retail stores!!!

U-haul website said I could rent a car carrier to haul my Honda Civic with my 2016 Chevy Silverado - (5.3L). Got to the u-haul dealer to pick up the car carrier and was told via their computer that he couldn't rent the carrier to me. I had to take a "dolly" instead. Why the difference in data? Was somewhat upset.

Floor of the trailer, and the walls, has grease spots all over. Had to put some blankets and towels down to try and keep it off our furniture. Despite doing that, got grease on our mattress and chairs. Personal at the location I rented from did take $10 off the rental price but that doesn't help getting the stains out.

The uhaul computers were not working upon arrival. I was told this was a national issue. Since they would not take a credit card, I had to go get cash for the transaction. It took an hour to rent this truck. I had movers waiting to help and our project was delayed over an hour. When I returned the truck, someone had forgotten to close their cash drawer so they could not return my cash deposit. Again, a 20 minute delay to get $30 back.

They need more people working. I have been to this location a couple of times before this trip and at drop off. There is a huge line of people and one person working. I waited 30 mins just to drop off the trailer. MORE PEOPLE WORKING AT THE FRONT DESK!!!

I do not appreciate renting a u haul trailer with an overwhelming smell of marijuana. I called and called to let your local office know if the situation and did not receive a return phone call. I had to finally go back and get someone to write an acknowledgment of the situation. I was pulled over by Co St police and they could not find me on your system???? By his delayed my trip by an out . They finally let me go because I had the paper work in hand . I should be compensated for horrific experience lack of customer service and inconvenience of a trailer smelling like marajuana . I want a phone call to discuss further.
