Twice in 4 months I have rented a truck that has garbage in the cab as in food wrappers,, cigarette ashes and buts in the ash tray,, drink sraws on dashboard and windshield and side mirrors dirty to the point if the mirrors being unsafe and useless to use. I get once in a while but twice in 4 months?..and the second time it took 15 minutes for a check in person to appear all the while in front of the maintenance garage was a subaru with the door panels off doors ooen and stereo speakers on the ground..obviously not busy enough to not work on personal projects. Over all disappointed in cleanliness of interior but vehicle mechanically was fine and promptness by check in staff was horrible.

Im still waiting for the employee sasha to come and inspect the trailer. While im sitting here, im watching a tall male employee install a subwoofer in his car, completely ignoring the three vehicles piled up in a line. Horribly managed location!

24 hour drop off instructions would be helpful. Feels a little sketchy leaving a trailer out in the open. The employees were still in the building after closing, but turned away when I knocked on the door.

I have had trouble each time I rent a trailer. This is the 3rd time I have rented one in order to move and have had difficulty every time .The first time , I ended up going to 3 different locations to finally get a trailer and had to leave a day later because of it. The second time again they sent me to another location for the trailer that i needed. This time, I also went to the location but then they said I needed to go to another spot. Luckily, the person working there really helped me to get this settled. The inventory system of availability and sign up needs to be made much smoother. Also, I had declared where I was going to drop it off and then I got a text 2 days into the travel that stated they needed " a valid address of drop-off" There just seems to be difficult communication with the system.

You do not have enough counter help. Had to wait 2 different tines nearly a half hour each before I was helped.

The customer service rep., Larry P., was patient and informative. It's unfortunate that out of 4 employees he was the only one at the service counter. There were 3-4 people lined up during our 30-45 minute wait. When leaving there were still people waiting out front and 2 employees out back smoking. I'm glad we got a pleasant quick moving employee instead of the 2 slugs. (On a side note, Larry had at least 20 years on the other employees.)

Don't say you are going to lock my storage unit 2 days before my payment is due. And when I rent a truck for a day I expect to be able to have it for a day not 8-10 hours. We were unable to finish unloading our unit because we had such little time with the truck.

Give the customer the correct trailer. The online system ask what you are pulling. I towed a 94 Land Cruiser 800+ miles on the smaller of the auto transports becuse the dealer in Grand Junction told me it was the largest one. This was not the case. When I dropped the trailer in California the larger of the auto transport trailers was at the Uhaul dealer there. Very disappointed. I had to purchase my own tie down straps because the ones on the smaller trailer did not fit. Will not use the same Grand Junction Uhaul facility again.

My only concern was when they said there was only one trailer and two customers, but since I was first they gave it to me. Had I not arrived first I am concerned I would not have got a trailer that day, which would have totally screwed up the trip from Colorado to Florida. I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance and had other things scheduled based on my pre-planned trip dates. .

I had concerns on the truck pulling to the right constantly, making it tough to drive and I actually brush a ladies jeep tire as a result. Beyond frustrating but I'm also exhausted after 2 days.
