Your website is not user friendly. The man didn't know what he was doing so it took an extra hour for us to get trailer, and it was $25 more then I was told when I reserved it! Not a good experience at all!

The uhaul trailer itself was in good shape, but customer service at this location was horrible. It took the manager over an hour to get me checked in because he used a small, outdated tablet for the check in process that kept starting over. The manager did not know how to properly use his tablet or complete the check in process, he called a uhaul customer service rep who hung up on me, and I ended up having to take the tablet and check myself in because he could not do it himself. He did not print any paperwork out for me. I had even done early check in when I made my reservation online so there is no excuse for it taking over an hour to get me on the road. It set me way behind on my move.

It was a long wait to pick up as they put their store customers first. I just wasnt comfortable in a liquor store for the length of time it took to pick it up. Drop off was a little better.

We went onto U-Haul.com to reserve trailer, then the day we were going to pick up The guy who handles U-Haul rentals for the store Was not there Luckily The UHaul rep for the area was in the area and met us there in 15 minutes and personally helped us to get our trailer. She was a lifesaver !

That the people know the correct words for the trucks and other items being rented. That the people also make sure and check in AND check out the rental items to customers. In other words, follow correct procedures. They were polite though.

When we asked for the rental truck, owner said he didn't have any. Pointed out to him what was sitting outside his store then? He seemed a bit confused. Rude at that. Poor customer service. No explanation on extra charges for milage.

I was double charged and guy that did it gave me a number to call that was in shreveport and they were closed.so I called the 800 number and the lady said my money should back on my card in 3 to 5 days. My friend had trouble trying to lock the thing down it was rusty.But it got the job done.The equipment was very helpful and convenient.

My experience was horrible. I had to drive an hour because they did not have my reservation in the location I reserve for, then the worker did not know how to check in the previous return and then rent out to me. Had to stay there an additional 30 minutes.

Don't add the insurance on the rental unless told that is what the customer wants.

I was very upset that after performing the supposedly quick check in on the internet, I was asked to fill in the same information when I arrived to pick up the truck.. I was delayed longer than necessary
