Equipment needs to be lubricated.
There were issues returning the trailer to the Granby location two and a half hours later. GPS took me to a residence, not your fault, but customer service wasnt helpful. The drop location wasnt answering the phone and according to customer service neither was the area manager. After I finally found help, I got to the location and it wasnt well lit. There was nothing identifying it as a feed store or a uhaul drop off but it looked like the picture online. I was told to check it in but I had no signal there. I tried checking it in when I got home but it wouldn't let me get past where it asks for you to allow them to verify that I'm in the right location. I called customer service and was told to call them in the morning. I spoke to Sara, she said that shed tell her husband to check it in.
THEY WERE GREAT BUT THE INFORMATION FOR THE TRIP WAS NOT ON FILE FOR THEM AND THEY HAD TO RE ENTER THE INFORMATION. THEY REQUESTED I BE THERE EARLY SO THEY COULD LEAVE ON TIME, MY RENTAL WAS FOR A PICKUP AT 6 P.M.
The people were very nice, but they had a lack of the processing system and it took longer than expected to get the truck. Not to the facilities fault your online booking system booked me 15-20 miles from my requested location. That adds up on the mileage costs and is poor business practice in my opinion. Your logistics team needs to take a step back and re-evaluate your system. Not only that but the consumer shouldn't have to pay for additional mileage because your company cannot provide equipment closer to their area. Again, the feed store employees were very kind and I will go back and buy produce and other items from them.
There was no adults here, just Kids who were clueless.took an hour to get the trailer, repeatedly asked for information again and again had to call someone on the phone to be able to run thier computer..Charged the credit card $60 instead of $20 (still shows that amount pending) its a good thing Im experienced in towing trailers, as I had to hook up everything myself, and check the lights. This could have easily resulted in a dangerous situation otherwise. I have as of yet to see the overage charge returned on the CC.
This location was above reproach.
