They are charging me $163 for missing 24 blankets that I never received! When I entered the store, they told me I could leave and they'd email me a receipt. I was not in a hurry and would have preferred to check the uhaul in with. A live body. I knew I was going to get screwed when she said “I'll receive an email with invoiceâ€â€¦.yep!
