We picked it up after hours. One of the headlights was out so we called customer service and kept getting transferred to the wrong department. Finally got to roadside and they said they could send someone out to check the fuses. We said we needed the truck ASAP so we just drove home with the brights on. The after hours process was another just may need to check basic features on trucks available for after hour rentals to prevent this from happening again.
Booked for 3 days, Heather and Amber really helped me out with getting it hitched being they were women but the right turn signal would not work, wasn't gone an hour and didn't feel comfortable driving it to TN and back knowing I had to go through weight stations!
The rental equipment was dirty and had boxes and trash in it. We had to clean it out before we used it. They should have gone over the equipment to ensure that is was clean and ready for use.
Dog Hair inside the Cab and It wasnt Swept in the back. Upon arrive at Documented 8am Pickup time, The vehicle didnt have a Lock box on it. Called Customer Service twice, to be put in an Upgrade. Took 2 phone calls and 90 minutes to finally get my move started. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER !!

I arrived there and the trailer had a lock on it and the agency didn't have anything to cut it off with, so I could not make use of it. It's clear to me that the trailer was not checked in correctly and neither was it prepared in advance for me to hitch up and go about my business. I called the next day to reschedule, but the trailer was previously booked, so now I'm at the mercy of a system that'll let me know when something comes available. I received a confirmation for a second booking, same location, for 2 days later. When I arrived to collect, there was no trailer available! That was TWICE you wasted my time, forcing me to go elsewhere. I guess that's the end of U-haul and me. In the meantime, I've pre-paid for something I do not have!
After attaching the trailer to our truck ourselves and we checked the lights and had no running lights went back in and was told it was our truck I talked to regional mgr Walter and was told it was our truck I took the truck to Chevy dealer they stated it couldn't be our truck and we ent back to the lot and attached the trailer agin and left with no running / daytime lights it would have been helpful to have someone there know what they were doing I have NEVER had the problems I had at this location and this was the 3 rd trailer we rented from U-Haul in the last year with relocating from NC to FL Awful service and dangerous apathy
Can't think of anything, it was quick, professional and full of courtesy. Very pleasant experience and I was thankful for that because moving is already stressful!

Well the original pick up loaction did not have our truck. I received a confirmation text saying that it would be available and when we got there the trick wasn't there so we had to go to another location . The person that was taking our information said we could drop the truck off whereever was most convenient to us and apparently that wasn't the case. I had to call twice to see if we could get a closer drop off location and the representatives that I spoke with were of no help at all. They said there were only two drop off locations in the 27615 zip code which I have a hard time believing.
We didn't get a chance to meet any one at the location it was also a 24 hour drop off and leave.
They were very professional. There is nothing I see that need to be improve.
I Feel You Haul should have a better way off the reserving the equipment
These folks tried cancelling my storage unit reservation but could not, so they informed me to call the U-haul 800#. I tried and they couldn't help either. But anyway, the folks at K&B tried to help. THEY did a good job.
