We picked up the U-Haul truck on a Sunday. The office was not open so we had to access the key to the truck with instructions, using our mobile phone. The instructions were clear on what we needed to do so we didn't have any problems. This was a nice feature being able to rent the truck without needing the office to be open.

Brian BOn my 45 minute return trip the AC did not work. This caused me to have to drive in 112 degree weather with windows open. I then felt ill for the remainder of the day. Ive never had a problem with uhaul but Ill be using movers going forward after this experience. Please maintenance your trucks more often!
