Support your local dealers, they had no blankets and seemed like they were not supported by corporate at all. Why bother having dealers if you are not going to support them.

There was a hole in the gas tank .... fuel leaking everywhere when we tried to fill the tank
The lady & man that helped me were the best top of the line as far as an employee helping me to return this vehicle. I have praise all around for their politeness and the courtesy to me A-! you guys at the Global Mobil Station for my return. U-Haul needs more like these evening staff. Hooray!!

The gas gauge was broken they charged me miles I never used I put a lot of money in the gas tank and it still read low. They charged my card I put on the reservation but not to be used and it took forever to rent

When i arrived for the pickup, the gas station clerk had to call the manager who processed the pickup via phone. I had to wait until the manager called back in 10 min. There was a clear breakdown in communication as the clerk was servicing other gas station customers. They did not give me a rental contract, and the link they sent to my phone (with the contract I suppose) was broken. Upon return, I was unjustly charged for gas, even though i returned the van with more gas in it than before (picture with proof)! Also, they charged me for a CDW fee to which i did NOT consent (nobody even asked me). And finally, to cap it all off, they did not give me the 30 free miles that was promised at the reservation, but charged me for every mile driven. I will never, ever go back there and tell everyone i know not to go there.
The desk agent / clerk did not know how to use the U-Haul system and only took my name and number & key to the truck. The return was processed and back dated the following day but I did not fell comfortable that the truck was safe without being properly returned when I dropped it off.
My vehicle was returned with the same level of gas as when I got it. If I leave with 3/16 of a tank, why am I required to put in more gasoline then when I left with?....1/4 of a tank!!!
The location was terrible! The truck sucked and was dirty the whole experience was awful! I reserved a truck at a real U-Haul faculty near my home. The day before my reservation they assigned my truck pick up far away. I went to pick it up and I was shocked to see that it was a gas station in a bad part of town. There were homeless out front of the gas station. Inside the gas station the cashier tried to give us our U-Haul which had 4 dozen moving blankets on the reservation. There were none in the truck though! She had a dozen in the back room of the gas station, un folded in a pile on the floor. It's was disgusting and dirty and so were the blankets! We had to carry those out to the truck. After her calling around to find more we didn't get to leave with the truck for an hour. When we finally went to the truck to leave, the back of the truck was locked with a padlock and she didn't have the keys inside for it. I was told by the area Vice President this was to keep homeless people out of it at the gas station! We had to drive to another U-Haul facility and wait another hour for them to find moving blankets for us and to cut the pad lock off the truck. Also, we picked the truck up and it had bird shit on the steering column and wheel. Absolutely disgusting! Finally we were on our way with the move and within 45 minutes into the drive the air conditioning kept going in and out. It's very hot in Phoenix so that was terrible! We didn't have time to stop to have it fixed as were were on a deadline to get to our destination. 1200 miles with poor AC after a terrible and disappointing experience at uhaul was enough to make me never to want to use you ever again. I hope you make this right. Thanks
When I went to return my truck the only person working there. Wasn't sure what to do. Had never done it before. I never got a paper receipt, was told I would receive an email receipt at time Of pick up. Never did. Was told I'd receive an email receipt by end of day when I dropped it off. Didn't receive me email receipt tell almost 24 hours later.
