It took an hour and a half to get checked out even though we had checked in online. This was not the attendant's fault. He did what he could to get it to go through but, computer glitches. After trying 5 or 6 times he called someone they were doing a manual entry when, Cole Coffeen area manager, called and ran it through. We were delayed getting to our appointment to pick up our cargo. We expressed this when we were at the pick-up location. It was mentioned a possible discount on a future rental. We don't foresee any future rental at this time as this was our first time ever to rent. Maybe compensating us for our time would be a better solution than discount on future rental.

This location was in a gas station. I was not expecting that. The cashier was brand new and it was her first day, so I felt bad because she was trying to ring up gas station customers while also trying to figure out how to deal with my appointment for U-Haul. Everything worked out fine, but it was a bizarre experience. I thought I was going to a regular U-Haul location.
