You allow people to rental equipment through your website even though it’s 3rd party rental and when I get there for pick up they don’t have any of the supplies I needed making my trip way harder without an appliance dolly. I also had the truck for less than 24hrs and was still charged for two days.
KORA CThe location charged my card throughout the time I was in possession of the equipment (for the daily fee plus insurance daily) totalling around 300 plus dollars. Then proceeded to post and take an addition over 700 dollars 5 days after returning the equipment. There is no way that the amounts were accurate in total. Very frustrating and expensive!! Will never rent another uhaul ever again. False advertisement ect. Ect.
