Your PEOPLE are GREAT! Your technology...meeehhh, not so much! The app failed on my pick-up and my son, who was with me and helping me out, had to call your customer service line on his phone while the app was open on mine so we could get the reservation number, and we had to tender the transaction over the phone so I could get the key from the lock box. It took us almost an hour just to check out the truck. On my return, the app failed again, and would not save the photo I took of the odometer reading and the fuel gauge, so I never got past the first step on check in/return. Your video tutorial was of no help, ultimately, because of the failure of your app Again I called in and Michelle ATTEMPTED to walk me through the process over the phone and ended up, as the app still didn't work. She then asked me to go to your website to check the truck back in, and that did not work either. She ended up suggesting that I leave the keys with the Service Station Attendant so that person could check the truck in. Michelle was patient and kind and VERY understanding, and I felt as though I was talking with family as she helped me out. SHE is worth her weight in GOLD! Your powers that be should give her a BIG raise...whatEVER it takes to make certain she does not leave! I am in customer service myself, and know how to give a customer a great experience, and again....give her a raise, and be GENEROUS with it! She is WONDERFUL! On the flipside, get new programmers. Your app is a BIG fail, and very frustrating and not usable. Look at fivrr.com and get some help. My last job was in Customer Service/Technical Support with a website security company, and I know you can find good freelance app developers there. Make certain that you ask for a portfolio and vet them first so you don't end up with the same dismal thing you have now, though. Kevin DMy driver door would not close properly. The driver window has an issue because wind would come in and is super loud for the entire 6 hour drive. The truck smelled like sweat and was very dirty. Pick up is frustrating. I won’t be using uhaul again. Very overpriced and inconvenient.
Ryna SIt is a gas station. Nothing to do with U haul with the exception of the drop box.
