Very straightforward. The guy took the key and that was all.

Stop charging people twice and telling them the gas doesn’t need to be full when returning the truck. You should also hire people who know what they are doing.

Great location for that area. they just need more help.

Truck had light dirt and a few objects in the back upon pickup. When I turned it in, the attendant threatened me with a $25 charge if I didn’t sweep it out. Truck had just over 1/2 tank of fuel when I picked it up, so I had to play a guessing game at the pump to ensure it had the right amount of fuel. A professional business would’ve filled the truck prior to my arrival so I could simply top it off upon my return. There were 6 or 7 homeless people hanging around the station panhandling, and what appeared to be a drug deal going on in the corner of the lot. I just leased a shop nearby, and will have the need for truck rentals often in the near future. I simply will not give this location my repeat business.

Very quick and easy check out!

The response depends on where the renter lives. There was a closer U-Haul center with a number of trucks of the right size.

I arranged the reservation for a 10 foot truck on the U-Haul web site that referred me to the rental agreement to understand the details of the two insurance coverages offered. The truck pick-up was an Express Pickup (a gas station), Surprise!. I asked to see the rental agreement before I paid for the rental but the attendant could not produce one without first paying for it. The attendant seemed perplexed at my insistence at wanting to read the rental agreement; he was Indian and while his English was poor, but he was very polite and helpful, and that goes along way. He suggested I go to a U-Haul store down the street; good idea. The attendant at the store could not produce a rental agreement either, but did have a document that explained the differences in coverages. U-Haul failed badly here. This could have been avoided IF your website explained those differences, instead of referring me to the rental agreement.

This location had a few hand trucks and dollies chained up under a Uhaul rentals sign. There was no other equipment there. Even with that sign it felt like I was just abandoning the truck in a had station parking lot.

The facility was accommodating. But your prices and rates are ridiculous. Compared to similar rental truck services in the area you are heavily overpriced. This will be my last time renting from Uhaul. I was helping my elderly mom move who forgot to rent a truck. So I volunteered to help. So due to last minute restraints we went with Uhaul because of being Uhaul was the only company with a truck the size we needed. But I was shocked that I'm paying $150 for a one day local move. Never again.

Pickup location was at a sketchy gas station with no indoor storefront and the network happened to be down. So the attendant had to photo copy my credit card, which I’m sure does not meet PCI compliance standards. Also, the moving blankets I purchased were not in the truck and the tank was only a third full. Awful experience.

I know it's not entirely their fault, but I had a reservation for pickup at 9am. Truck was there but prior renter didn't return the key. Almost 2hrs later, we got a key cut. BP owner said I could call the prior renter and ask her to return the key.......ummm no it's your truck, you call her. Needless to say, she will be receiving a $75 fee for the new key. Uhaul is sending me a $50 credit, so that was good.
