Truck was extremely dirty inside the cab. The staff was not very helpful and the moving blankets were not folded just thrown into the truck. I would not use this location again. Other than that the truck was fine.

Not a thing. Pleasure working with you. Newer trailer was envy of my friends that have far worse experiences. Old trailers, rusted out, bald tires. I have never had any of these issues. Thank you.

This place is only open for short hours. They leave when they want to and really do not care if you rent from them or someone else. They have a storage area this is untaken care of and they do not hardly answer there phone if anyone has any problems there. They reviews are all poor

Ensure the vehicle is cleaned after each use. My truck was dirty with much dirt and pieces of rusted metal. I had to do the prep work before I could begin my movement.

This review has nothing to do with the location. This review is for corporate/main office. It is understandable to not have equipment in store because a different customer is late picking them up, but why have confirmations if they don’t actually confirm that it is there? Seems like a business ploy to make sure you don’t go someplace else. I will recommend u-haul to anyone. Because there is zero way to confirm until you actually go to pick up the items and need them.

Your location was not full disclosure about the difference between in town and one way moves your representative charged me for a in town move even though I was taking it one way and I just got a receipt and a bill for almost $1,000. Your representative did not explain to me the differences nor did at any point in time was it ever asked of me whether it was going to be one way or in town. Your representative mistakenly charge me for in town and now is trying to backpedal and say that I owe almost $1,000. Also when I booked the truck on the website and no point in time was there ever the statement on the website that I needed to bring it back to the same location. After a Facebook Messenger conversation with whoever is responding to Facebook messaging, I was told that because I did not choose a destination to return it to because on the website that field sat optional that it automatically defaults back to the renting location. So now I'm being charged for your representatives mistake and for your system automatically defaulting to something. This is completely unacceptable.
