U-haul made my moving an excellent experience and i would differently recommend the Gimli location. The staff is awesome and super friendly ans helpful.

At both locations the agents were most friendly and helpful.

The vehicle has a very loud creaking noise when driver's side window open, no matter what position. Loud squeal noise from driver's side outside mirror during any speed over 20kmh. Driver's side door seal not effective, torn. Glad I only had short distance to cover.

But not your truck. I have rented moving vehicles often from you over the years. This truck had no fluid in power steering ( when opened hood - you could see hose was covered and dripping fluid) no lights on rear passenger side (which means no brake, running lights or turn signals ) The brakes sound like metal on metal And steering column was very loose. Not like the other 26 ft trucks I have rented. Staff at Stringers were great expecially Dean

Even though the eventual drop off point where I had requested, I had to go thru a senseless and concerning process which like the "pickup process" was a cause for anxiety and uncertainty !! Even after having come to the agreement which satisfied me, I received an email instructing me to "drop off the truck at a totally unsatisfactory location which left me angry and , of course required time to resolve the issue with dispatch / Reservations, AGAIN !! A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PERFORMANCE on the part of UHAUL's ability to enter into a contract and deliver the expectations of the customer !!

Some problems regarding debit card payment and alternate pickup point along with a different renter and driver at the time the order / contract was made. Appears to be a system not location issue. Believe you would get a lot of this so system correction likely required.

We were going to haul something with our own truck, then we were told about the U-Haul Rentals at Stringers and boy were we really happy to use this service! We have several other shipments to make and will definitely be using this service again!!

Only issue was the trailer lights didn't work. I had to buy a connector and install it in the pouring rain myself. Not a big deal just time consuming.

Although the trailer was 8 feet in length, which allowed me to load 8 foot 2x6, the horizontal reinforcements on the inside of both the front wall and one the gate were such that as my boards slid around during transportation it was very difficult to get the door open. One idea to fix this would have been to place a sheet of aluminum, which I have, between the load and the door before I closed he door.
