Respecto a U-haul, todo esta perfecto. Yo recomendaria la ubicacion, pero no el servicio. Es importante que trabajen en el servicio al cliente de los establecimientos que ofrecen sus unidad en renta. Porque en especial la dueña de el establecimiento donde yo rento siempre, es exesivamente grosera.

The lady was rude. Unhappy with the online check in process. Was not easy at all nor did it save time. Wasn’t happy that I had to pick up 20 miles from me, which was automatically 40 miles. Feel I was overcharged because of that. This was the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul.

U-Haul website it terrible. To make it secure ;you have made it virtually unusable. Windshield wiper blades need replacement on truck I rented.

The A/C in the truck did not work and when I told the person helping me out, he just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders, no apology or anything. Before I left they rented out the truck again, with no concerns about sending out a truck with a known fault. Not a good example of good customer service!

Corporate has different rules than the store. Made difficult to secure a trailer for more than 24 hours. They couldn’t tell me where the truck would be, only that it would be within 50 miles!!!! That’s 100 miles round trip. That’s rediculous. I will never use u haul again. I’d rather pay more or use a different co. The truck rattled non stop inside the cab.

The woman tori was quite rude at the rental place She didn’t want to rent the truck bc she made more money she said by multiple rentals compared to my multiple day rental. Uhaul sucks bc the truck I had originally reserved was not returned so I had to pick up at a different location. It was very difficult to secure a truck bc when I called a week ahead of time I was told I called too early. When I called the day before I couldn’t secure a truck bc they didn’t have one!!! I got stuck in the middle of corporate policy when you call 1800 uhaul, not being able to rent for multiple days and only being able to do a multi day rental when I could call a shop that had the uhaul in stock at that time and it seemed as if they didn’t want to do multi day rentals. The business model sucks!! I drove 1500 miles and it was cheaper to drove there and back and pay for more gas!!!!! Then none of the stores wanted to rent one way bc they were concerned they would loose they’re truck!!! Why is this my problem. I should be able to call a week ahead of time. Reserve a truck. I could even Pre pay. But this was not an option
