The whole front of the truck was covered with bug/debrie. Inside was ok. Load area good. They charged me $40 for loading auto. They had me drive my vehicle onto the auto trailer that was in an almost 90deg angle. They had a spot to load it correctly- not sure why they didn't. Due to the improper loading of the auto we had to reload the auto on the trailer as the wheel straps were not properly cinched on the front wheels- this was found after driving about 300mi. Their overall attitude was poor. These guys need to be somehow certified for being allowed to handle this. The place was an old wooden shack. And they clearly were into junk. No clear signage where the office was. Office are was disgusting. I'm disappointed at UHAUL that allows these types of places to rent.
