They made the process easy from start to finish.

Was giving the wrong auto transport . Was called back to store. After being 30mins down the road. Got to the vehicle I was hauling in the dark. Only to find out the straps on the auto transport were frayed and short. Luckily the wheels on the vehicle were not solid. So I ran the short straps thru the wheels instead of around the tires. I had a 2 day rental. I returned auto transport less then 24hrs later. Only to find out a week later the store never checked auto transport in. So I got a email claiming I still had auto transport. Was a horrible experience.

My understanding is that Uhaul guarantees your truck will be available whe and where you reserve it. I was scheduled to pick up a truck at 8 am using mobile pickup at 13220 Wisteria Dr Ste N7, Germantown, MD 20874. When I arrived there the app said "no truck has been reserved for you" and the rental place was closed. I had to call Uhaul and then drive to another location, delaying my scheduled movers who had to wait for me. The Waters Rd location was wonderful! But I am frustrated and disappointed in having this impact my move.

The truck size descriptions are woefully inadequate. Though I was in a 1 BR apt., the amount of furniture I needed to move could have fit in a studio. However, I could not get all my belongings into the 10 foot truck as advertised on the website. Consequently, I had to make several trips by personal vehicle. I advise updating these estimates. Otherwise, everything was fine.

the location is very difficult to navigate into, there are no visible signs to the office except on the office door once you arrive at the office and no parking in the facility. the area is compact for maneuvering the larger vehicles in and around the facility. The customer service was excellent.

Everything is great about the location except that it is difficult to drive a large van in the narrow space available around the self storage units at the location. It would be helpful if vans we parked pointing towards the exit so a 4 point u-turn isn't necessary to get out.

The equipment was faulty, I draw only 25 miles and i was expecting the gas should be under $10 to fill up on required indication. so when i started filling it, the fuel pointer was not moving, I know that the equipment should be on(Start) so the pointer will move. I was trying to On an off the equipment many time and end up filling 11 gallon of gas ( $31 filling the whole tank). when i complained the representative she started the equipment and the fuel pointer was there only, but she kept the vehicle on for almost 15 min and then it moved to full. I asked her for refund which i have filled the whole tack. she was going to ask his boss. I didnt heard anything yet. I wouldn't recommending this location as they provide the faulty equipment, and the equipment is pretty old as it touching 150k Miles.

This site is very tight on space and where the office is from the gate is not entirely obvious. Suggest creating a one way traffic flow and marking it accordingly to make it easier to navigate the property. I't not a huge space - so not a big issue - but it could be improved.

Way too expensive. Will never rent from uhaul again. $312 for two days? That's insane. You lost me as a customer forever.
