no parking, little assistance by team on the ground (found this to be true at pick up and drop off). didn't get the vehicle that i had asked for THOUGH the individual did share that they thought it was the best vehicle based upon the objective for the day.

At checkout the guy asked me if I wanted to add dolly or blankets etc I said no. My paper receipt says nothing additional other than the truck. I turned the truck in and I’m being charged for a dolly that I did not request nor did I receive. I find this extremely shady and will be disputing charges if it’s not corrected.

I used $265 worth of services and was charged $485 because of holding fees. Which still haven’t returned to my account. I’ve bounce one check so far and the staff had no interest in doing more to accommodate my needs. Customer service was terrible.

U-Haul charged me twice. I spoke to customer service on the phone, and was on hold for 40 minutes. As I speak to the manager they give me the authorization code and tell me to call my bank. My bank informed me they have to call. The entire phone call the agents were rude and not helpful. Not once did they apologize for charging my account twice.

The manager needs to terminated he was very rude, dishonest and tried every which way to get a higher payment of the bill. He gave me a bigger truck than was reserved, put down less miles that was on the odometer of the truck and indicated more gas on the gauge and when informed refused to make the changes. Pictures where taken before and after but this manager was so arragant that he said he did not have to make any changes and I can do whatever I like. He change $40.00 for a dirty truck when all that was in the truck was dust that I got when I took the truck because it was just returned and they did not have the time to clean it. I will never rent from there again. Right around the corner from that place is another rental place that I used for years with no problems. DO NOT RENT FROM THAT PLACE.

U-haul has a guarantee that if they do not call to confirm your reservation, the day before, you get a $50 credit. I did not receive a call and brought that to the attention of the manager/owner when I picked up my truck on Saturday morning. He informed me that he was going to look into that while I was using the truck. When I returned, he was not there to speak to about this. His associate stated he did not leave any notes regarding this, but would hold payment on my card until they could confirm on Monday. I did not receive a call nor email from anyone and my card was charged the full amount. Needless to say, I am not pleased with that aspect of their costumer service. Ignoring an issue/request is not the correct way to handle this.

1.) When converted to an off-hours pickup - make sure it works! I had to wait 1.5 hours before I could get the truck which made my customer wait. 2.) To the staff in the location. If a customer is having a problem getting their vehicle for an off-hour pickup and, you get there before the official 9:00 opening time, don't make them wait until you've processed your off-hour returns first before taking care of them. It is unprofessional and conveys that you care more about your issues than theirs.

Everything was quick and easy. The only complaint would be the location of the trailers, some of them might be difficult to get out of that location for a first timer like me. But, I took it nice and slow and didn't have any major issues.
