The young lady behind the counter was nice and friendly, but was charged 1 extra mile and I did let her know the correct miles on truck before I left I did take pictures, she must of for got and $14 for safe move which I didn't sign up for, other than that all good, would nice if you can reimburse $15. My recent experience with the staff at Uhaul Moving and Storage in Germantown has been excellent! I was able to reserve online, and on my day of pick I met a very knowledgeable associate. Johnathan assisted me with the check in process and answered several questions concerning the different truck sizes, available loading/off loading ramp, and the vehicle controls of my rental truck. He helped me feel confident and safe renting a large truck. Additionally, he helped me rent a truck that could be extended in the event that I wasn’t able to finish my in town move. Thank you for having a professional, courteous, and polite associate to assist me in moving. Johnathan is a great!

My reservation was at food world but when I got there not key was in the box to pick up the van. Called customer service to complain and they sent me to waters rd. Now uhaul keeps charging me several times which I am very upset about and when I try to contact the food world they do not answer the phone. But they have no problem on charging my card for this van that I was not able to get because of their problem on not leaving the keys in the box. you need to take the rentals away from them. I will not be using your company again until you get this fixed and resolved. I will not recommend my friends to your company.

When they took down my wife’s name and put it in the system the put it completely wrong. Her name is Larissa Ramon. The representative put her name as Carlo Ramo. Completely off. So when we tried to call back and ask questions of our reservation we had lots of issues because they couldn’t find our reservation number. Also had to wait a long time to get our deposit back, in the cold because 2nd representative wouldn’t allow us to get inside the office while he was doing transaction. Terrible customer service
