The location was very dirty. The attendant was not friendly at all and failed to check the equipment in when I returned it. I received several emails saying I did not return the truck. The attendant called me 3wks later and was very rude. He couldn't remember when I returned the truck because he never logged it in, mind you I returned it early and put the keys in his hands directly! I wasn't charged for the truck until three weeks after I returned it due to his negligence.

Mobile pickup was a nightmare. My account was needed to be verified and it could not be done over the phone. My first reservation was initially at 8am. If I would have kept this reservation I would have wasted my time, gas and ruined plans. The mobile pickup needs to be worked on with the verifying aspect. Everything else was great. The associate at the store was extremely fast and kind. I was upset but could not be after our interaction.

When your locations are in other places other than an official uhaul location (like a grocery store) please make sure there are enough employees to do both jobs. This location had one man working and he was both the uhaul person as well as grocery cashier. Also let your customers know that you are going to price gouge when it comes to charging for gas. I went 17 miles and was charged $15 for gas!!

The service representative at 13220 Wisteria Dr, Germantown, MD 20874-2603 was highly rude and inappropriate for the company. All I ask was about the Knowledge about the car Mileage and her response was very inconsiderate "I dont know what you talking about with attitude. When I also told her that have place over the amount gas into the truck she ignore what I had asked. The checkout experience was not what I expected, highly disappointed.

Send something important. So far, I have experienced the worst case using UHL. I haven't cleaned my truck and have to transfer the necessary consumables directly to the customer. Also I can't trust the bill.Please check 11/22 $ 145.80 twice more after billing $ 81.23 The third charge is $ 21.87 The third charge is taken out of the account. The service is messed up and the billing is unreliable. Please check and contact us. UHL "FOOD WORLD" has a problem. I charged you $ 145.80

I feel like I was robbed. The guy said I drive for 46 miles when I actually moved about 5 miles away from my previous place which is 6 miles from the U-Haul place. I mean I only spent $3.22 on gas to fill the truck back up.

Someone modified my reservation and no one would take the blame ended up with a smaller truck for the same price was told take it or leave it. Lastly truck had a check engine light on it the whole drive and no one did anything about it.
