There was an issue with the system and a phone number - it took awhile to get the truck because of this (maybe 30 minutes). The gas station was busy and, understandable, the clerk wanted to assist customers with purchases and gas so it was just a bit of a hassle.

This place is also a gas station and it took over 45 minutes to get the truck I had already reserved.There was only one person there to handle U-Haul and run the gas station. The attendant wasn't friendly.

I would never recommend anyone to go there. The store is too busy to assist uhaul customers. I had a very long wait and the cashier continuously waited on other people for gas and food which really held me up. Cashier was very disorganized and not friendly.. It was a HORRIBLE experience.

Maybe a bigger fleet of trucks. They are one of the only local dealers open all day on weekends, so they sell out quickly.



During a blizzard they helped us when others couldn’t !



I was surprised to hear that my dropoff location was changed to this location. I had trouble finding the drop-off and when I called they couldn't really tell me how to find them. Through trial and error I arrived about five minutes before I would have been late. The gentleman's attitude wasn't the greatest but since he too was a foreigner I give him credit for what he was trying to do, in a foreign country

Only issue with truck is you could not adjust the driver's side mirror. Where set 1/2 the mirror was filled with the side of the truck. I let clerk know of the problem & also the drop off clerk asking that he note for repair.

The service provided was an unpleasant experience. The individual at the location seemed a little rude and rushed. May need additional staffing to assist on days where U-Haul services are provided. I was unhappy with the individual at the location attempting to accuse me of scratching the truck rented when I did not.

This was not the pick-up location that I requested, but was instead assigned it. This location was approximately half an hour further away than the previous one, and had anybody bothered to contact me about it, I might have been able to arrange to pick up a truck that was on my way to my destination, as opposed to beyond it entirely. I was told that I was not eligible for the $50 compensation as the truck was still at the designated destination when I went to pick it up. Unfortunately, the employee working at the Shell station did not seem to have a clear sense of what needed to be done in order to release the vehicle to me. He attempted to take photograph of my credit card and identification, and when I declined, he called his supervisor, who would only release the vehicle to me after taking my credit card number over the phone. Getting this sorted out took about an additional half an hour on top of the extra time required to get to the location. Overall, I was pleased with the truck and the price, but the staff at the pick-up location weren't equipped to handle the exchange and if my selection of pick-up location is subject to the availability of the truck and might therefore be changed to another location, why bother allowing me to select the pick-up location in the first place? For as close to my destination as the actual pick-up spot was, I might as well have just given you a zip code and said "anywhere within 20 miles is fine".

The staff had no idea what to do when I arrived to pick up the truck. I asked for the keys as I was doing the self check in on your app. The attendant made me wait 10 to 15 minutes while he called the manager to figure out what to do. I had to beg for him to give me the keys so I could report the mileage and fuel level. When he finally got his manager on the phone, I had to explain the process to him. Sad that t high they are so poorly trained.
