I would strongly recommend not using coded locks anymore. I would much rather have a person hand the keys to the truck to me. Since the lock combination was wrong when it was given to me online, I had to wait 30 minutes for a simple transfer of my file from one truck to another. This could have easily been solved in person.

Overall a very good experience, but one thing could be improved. I had originally called and the person at the call centre told me that I couldn't make a reservation over the phone or internet, that I had to go to the location in person. When I got to the location, I was told that I had to book online. I did in fact reserve at the location and the person that did my booking was very good, but it might be good to clarify for clients how they can and should make reservations.

Hi it say 19.95 a day plus I needed it 2 hrs . just a pick at reno depot 2 stes of doors only and I was back bvefore my 2 hrs , it's the way they charge me .I had clean cost everything was clean I had surcharge they said I will received my bill by email I never received it . very poor service.

I originally booked my rental at another site and when I arrived to pick it up they had given it away to someone else. I was redirected to Jiffy Lube on St. Joseph were they were beyond helpful and accommodating, especially considering that I was a little cranky because of the poor service I has received at the other site. John was polite and friendly and even insured that the tires had sufficient air in them before I left with the vehicle. The excellent service more than made up for my experience at the other site. Thank you John.

I was a little worried about returning the trailer when the office was closed because something could have happened to the trailer after it was returned, ie damage or theft, and the customer could have possibly been held responsible. I took pictures of the trailer to document it's condition and return. However no problems did occur and it was a smooth transaction. Perhaps there could be some kind of combination lock or device so that the customer could secure the trailer upon it's return and until the rental office could verify the condition/return of the trailer. Thanks Uhaul for a good rental experience.

On m'a laisser partir avec la remorque sans s'assurer que mon attache était sécuritaire et après avoir quitter chez U-Haul la remorque c'est décrochée en route. Heureusement rien de fâcheux est arrivé mais ça aurait pu être grave.

Il semble plus intéressé par les changements d'huiles que par les locations. J'avais fais toute la réservation par l'entremise de votre app, mais j'ai quand même dû attendre, car la clé n'était pas dans le coffre. Je me suis fait dire que lorsqu'ils étaient ouvert, il fallait aller au comptoir, ce qui enlève toute utilité à faire la réservation en ligne. De plus, bien que l'équipement supplémentaire était présent, il n'était pas dans le camion et j'ai dû le demander. Finalement, le cab du camion nécessitait un nettoyage, le pare-brise était absolument dégeulasse et il y avait de la boue séché partout sur le plancher. La boite arrière était correcte. La prochaine fois, je vais prendre une autre compagnie ou bien faire quelques kilomètres de plus pour aller à un autre dépositaire U-Haul

Employees have no idea what they are doing. I had left the truck with the key in the box before 9am. They reported the truck late when in fact they were not even open yet... when I called, they said they couldn’t do anything about it and didn’t know anything about my reservation.

On the website when I booked the uhaul and in person I declined the insurance. They still went ahead and charged me $18 for the insurance anyways. When I got my final bill they also added a $25 cleaning charge. When I had picked up the uhaul, there was already rocks and pebbles in the back - I returned it as is. I moved a single L-couch so I know for a fact that whatever “mess” they cleaned up was not me. I also have pictures which can prove that there was no mess. Also, it’s literally ridiculous how you need to wait on hold for 15-20 minutes to get customer service.

First off the reservation was not made in the sydtem and we spoke with Alex. we went and reserved on Aug 18th for the 24th but we get there the guy could not find our reservation thank god there was an available truck then we get attitude from the worker. We come back to drop the drop and we get attitude again and on top he wanted to charge us for the cleaning and I said no because the truck was not clean when we got it well maybe you should take a picture of what it looks before you let it go because that truck was niylt cleaned from previous one that used it. I really did not appreciate being treated like crap after all there was no respect and at my age of 60 years old I earned the respect and no I don't think I will reserve from U-Hull again because of the lack of respect for the customer.

My reservation was not available when I went to pick it up in Aylmer at 1pm. This completely ruined my day. It not only forced me to go to Hull to rent a more expensive uhaul but I missed the scheduled pickup of my furniture. I’ll never rent or recommend uhaul again. I should get a full refund for this.

J'ai attendu jusqu'à 8:40am pour du service parce que le gérant qui est arrivé à 8:20 ami pensait que j'étais un client du Jiffy Lube. Ce qui m'a causé un grand retard dans mon déménagement, j'avais 2 HOMMES qui m'attendait au site depuis 7:00 ce matin (Gatineau n'avais pas en stock la remorque ou camion disponible. J'ai attendu pour l'ouverture qui à été retardé par le gérant.voila mon expérience pas trouvé trop bonne. Merci de me lire.
