Ce fut très long avant de me faire servir, 1 hr 15 min pour louer une très petite remorque, il n'y avait qu'une seule personne au travail le matin que j'y suis allé, d'autres personnes étaient présentent mais une seule personne travaillait et démontrait de l'enthousiasme au service à la clientèle, donc le service était excellent mais très lent. Pour la 2ième fois consécutive je n'ai pas eu de facturation ou reçu au nom de ma compagnie mais à mon nom personnel, donc je me retrouve avec un problème d'administration et de comptabilité. Satisfaction oui mais avec attentes et déception.

Oui et non, le service a la clientèle n'est pas discret les employer et surtout la patronne parle très fort, alors on n'entend tout. Si un client a un problème alors les autres clients dans l'entrepôt entende toute.

Here is the review i left online an hour ago Made a reservation over the phone to save myself the trouble of dealing with their terrible web site. Spoke with a gentlemen named Dan, quoted me price over the phone which i agreed with and told him to go ahead and make the reservation. Get there 2 days later for pick up, and my reservation was made for a montreal locayion ?!?! Dan himself and another women were working there.... Took them over 30 MINUTES to unfu*k the reservation screw up which was done did their employee over the phone. Finally get my truck and off i go, I returned it less then 4 hours later dropped everything off . Next day i look at my banking info and was over charged for my rental, called Dan and the misses who was working to address the issue that the price i was told wasnt honoured, both told me : oh sry will try and see if i can do you some sort of refund...... No refund was done. I could of rented from Budget on Greber for cheaper then what they charged me after i was quoted another price. Both are incompetent and will not rent from a company that openly overcharges you. Not a question of the money.. It's the principle But from alot of the reviews i see online they seem to make it a company practice to rob people

I reserved my uhaul online. When I got to the store there was no key for me to pick up in a box and they had to search for it. When I dropped off my vehicle I was told to leave key in car and that’s what I did. Took 3 hours to move dropped off the car and that was it so I thought.... Two days later I get phone calls from two different people. One person called me once to complain that I locked the keys in the car and he couldn’t comprehend that I just followed orders. Than I get a call from Eve Leduc uhaul manager in Gatineau and again had to repeat that I simply followed orders I was given by a uhaul representative. He proceeds to scream and swear at me and tell me that I don’t know what I’m talking about and how he’s the manager and this never happened. He talked over me was rude and said “ how the fuck am I gonna get in the car now “ ... than I asked for his employee information he tells me his name is bob and that he works at budget. I hung up on him after he treated me with such disrespect. Than got another phone call from the first guy who claimed to work at uhaul and he hung up on me.... called uhaul customer service in the states to make a complaint and give them their phone numbers. I will never be using uhaul again for my move and will never recommend uhaul. If that person still works at uhaul after this it says a lot about uhaul customer service and how they care about employees. I do not feel safe knowing these people have my personal information.

Aviser les clients que lors d'une location vous demandez d'être capable de rejoindre une autre personne afin de confirmer l'identité. Je fus informer seulement le matin de la location et il peut-être difficile de rejoindre une personne entre 07:00-08:00 am, plusieurs ne sont pas debout ou en route vers le travail alors il faut se rappeler la réglementation sur l'utilisation de cellulaire au volant donc certains ne répondrons pas car pris dans la circulation. But i rented a small van online, and when i went to pick it up, they didnt have any trucks that size so i had to rend a bigget van and pay more for nothing. The price she gave me at first was 30$ less then what my final pill says. Not impressed.

I had problems from the beginning to rent the card because your sistem online does not work properly and the guys from the store just told me we can't help you in till I make calls to resolve the problems with your office your sistem 24hours is not good you guys have to fix that sistem the agent online told me they can accept my licenses because is on French I don't know why if the agent don't like French or what but here and Canada have 2 languages English and French that was so ridicule because I was in a store from Quebec what he expected from a french province Spanish? never i Have a problem like that this before with U-Haul experience was so terrible I hope you guys do some change on the future and care about those problems
