It's a tiny used car lot, with the used cars in a fenced area. Next to it is where the Uhauls go. No drop box for the keys. The guy in the office was super nice though.

Offer smoke free vehicles. If I would have known how badly the interior smelled from smoke, I would not have taken. The only way to keep it from smelling like smoke is to prevent smoking inside from all renters.
The lock that was on the back of a truck was extremely hard to open. It took us almost a half hour to finally get it opened. We had no problem getting the code for it but the actual lock mechanism was a challenge.
Friendly and fast service
The unit was reserved 3 weeks in advance. But was not available on the pick-up date/time. I was informed 5 minutes before the pick-up of the unavailability. I was told that they will be calling back with a new unit but they never call. I have to call the central office to explain the situation and get a rental. My movement was delay 4 hours because of that. If I will not rent the truck for two days it will not be possible to complete the task. No one took responsibility for the poor service they just blame the previous renter for not returning the unit on time. Because of this, I did not receive the required 26 feet unit but a 20' unit, making the movement a longer in time and with multiple trips. I will reconsider if using U-haul the next time.

they did not check all light functions. marker lights and rear running lights were not functioning on passenger side. only turn and brake lights worked. I had to delay my trip 2 days awaiting repair of these lights after I picked it up and noticed they did not work. They only checked turn signal and brake lights when I picked it up. Terrible service
I was charged $59.86 and my total on my bill was $52.08. I called U-HAUL just to be told to call back in a couple days. This is day 3 and I still don't have the right charges on my account. Over Charged me DON'T USE U-HAUL

The location was perfect. The downfall was your system. I had to call 3 times to complete the pick up my truck process. I was knocked out of the system a few times too. Also the con to this location was the gas was left on E and there were undocumented scratches. Otherwise everything else was fine.
I reserved my UHaul online with my credit card however the location's card machine was down. I had to go get cash from the atm, that I had not expected to spend and needed for other important movie expenses, and may a $100 deposit that I was told I'd receive when I drop the truck off. This was not true as the drop off location did not have the cash & I have to wait for a refund check from UHaul in the mail!
Nothing really, seems all went smooth for me as far as getting there and providing my information and being on my way.
My issue is more with your system for express check. It was stressful, not easy to use and we talked to a handful of very rude people while trying to figure it out. The man working the actual location was nice, but the truck came with none of the equipment we ordered, the man seemed to know nothing about it. I was told by a man on the phone that the man at the location could alter our drop off time since we had delays in picking the vehicle... and the man at our pick up location knew nothing about that either.
Be on time please and also make sure that the drop off location is active. Had to call customer support twice because the places I kept getting didn't even receive uhauls and I was told I would get charged a fee if I took it to a different location

Very helpful came picked up key for truck after being dropped at different location 4090 grant St were no one was there to accept unit was very disappointed with the service from that dealer no call back took 2 days and 4 calls and emails to finally get uhaul to tell me what to do with keys finally when they called ridge auto sales it was taken care of within 1 hour so great job to ridge auto sales but poor job at uhaul 800 service #

The rates and plan that is quoted with the 800 number should be valid when you get to the rental location. If I was told flat rate and no mileage then why was I charged for mileage and a completely different pricing on the screen at the location... That needs to be improved upon and furthermore I did not receive a callback from my call to customer service.
Do the same thing for the next customer that you done for me thankyou very much it was a perfect trip.

The trailer was in decent enough shape. The location is not very large so it can be tricky to turn a truck around in. The owner at this location is a friendly and helpful. It can be very muddy when raining though.
When I arrived at the place, I couldn't even tell if I was at the right location. Once there, the truck I reserved wasn't even at the sight. I had to wait while the employee called to find out where we could get a truck. I then I had to drive the employee 40 min round trip to get a truck. He attached the trailor for me, took my payment and then wouldn't help guide me in the loading process of my car. Once my car was on he wouldn't inspect to make sure it was secure. I also didn't receive the $50 discount that your website clearly states you shall receive if the reserved equipment isn't there. This is probably because my original contract was cancelled to try and cover it up. As of right now, I don't plan on using Uhaul again.
