I used the app as no one was at the site. It took 3 calls. To support.and almost 2hrs between being on hold and having the online support person not having to send me back to sales. The automated system was sending me in circles. If this happened in my business I would have comped the person. When I explained what happened and told them I would need just a few more miles than the system gave me (90) I was told their was nothing they could do… It was OK to waiste my time but they could do nothing about it…. Very disappointed! I'd be out of business if I gave my customers this experience!
