I had a rental pickup time at 9am. The guy did not show until 10 minutes after. I asked was the utility dolly already in the truck and he said no. So now the equipment I rented was not available and he suggested I go to another location to get it. He was trying to take off the dolly from the contract and couldn’t do it. Then he tried to put it back on the contract and the system wouldn’t let him do it. I said I will deal with it later and just wanted to leave. So he called a guy and said what was happening with the website and told me to call the company. Ok, I just told him that I would do that. I was getting very aggravated that he was taking my time in consideration. I had to meet movers to load the truck with my belongings. So he was late, didn’t have the equipment I requested and he was not listening to what I was telling him. Very aggravating situation.

My bill was 1800.00 and I paid the full amount. I was suppose to get a 200.00 rebate for paying in full. I never received this. Not happy

I was given 189 miles for the trip. I had to pick it up at a place not of my choosing costing me more miles, then I had to return it to a place of your choosing again costing more miles. Even though it was just around 6 dollars extra U haul should give the customer a designated amount of miles to compensate for unforeseen circumstances such as these.

I scheduled a uhual from this location with expectation that I would be able to get an appliance dolly. When I showed to pickup the truck I was informed that they did not have any appliance dollies. I ultimately used the regular dolly included with the truck and was still charged for the more expensive appliance dolly even though I never received it. Furthermore, since I did not have the proper equipment my move took longer than expected and I was an hour and half over my estimated move time and was charged for two rental periods. So basically I was over-charged for the dolly on two rental period and had to pay for truck and insurance for two rental periods.

I called Monday and asked them to check in my equipment. Monday afternoon I called traffic they called the location and they finally checked in my truck. On wed I get a call about me not returning my auto transport that I had dropped off with the truck. Wonder why they didn't return it along with the truck. I went Tuesday because they charged me for gas that should not have been charged for and they are not a bit helpful. I spoke with afm and he said he was going to refund. Still waiting when I spoke to traffic on wed no notes on account about refund. I have been a uhaul dealer for over 2 years and this is unacceptable. This is exactly why they getting the review they are getting.

The website states the location opens at 9:00, but the owner doesn't actually open until 9:30.

When I picked up my trailer, the entire wiring harness on one side was laying inside the trailer. I wired it back myself to save time and get on the road. Also my pick up time was 1200. I was at the door at 1205, and was a sign to call to get someone to show up. He drove up at 1220.

Trailer that I booked was not at location after confirmation twice prior to the day of use. I was given a smaller trailer, lights on back of trailer didn't work, I had to fix them before leaving, inside of trailer was filthy, had to clean before using. Staff was friendly enough, and apologetic of the situation.

We scheduled to have a truck on 6/27 at 9am. We got there and there was no truck and was told the uhaul guy doesn't come in til 10am. Well, we went back at 10am and of course no truck! We had to go all the way to garden city 20miles out of the way when we requested the 1 in Richmond hill ga and then was moved to gateway blvd and still had to go to Garden city because of this we were told that we wouldn't be charged for extra miles if we went over because it was not our fault. We were charged for extra miles and we wasted 2 hrs of our time that we should have been loading the truck.
