Upon arriving at this location the rep indicated I was LATE, when in fact I was right on time,...even though I had ALREADY PAID IN FULL,....she stated i would have to pay an additional days charge. I explained what happened at the pickup and showed her the charges on my credit card and I was released from any further UHaul trauma. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER UHAUL.

Location is very difficult to locate from the street. Also, the receipt I was emailed says I spent $0.00? My credit card was charged $202.00 and $25.00 for insurance and my receipt says $0.00? That is terrible!!!

The truck had a smell and was terrible on gas. I was not given a walk around of the truck and the truck was not on the gas level that was said to be. I ordered a tow haul and wasn't notified until I was at the office that they didn't have one. My trip turned into 2 trips because I had to drive that piece of shit truck and find away to transport my personal vehicle

My experience with uhaul was terrible on the return. No one was there when I dropped of the truck. The truck and all equipment was in same condition when I got it. The next day I got a charge of $330.88 to my credit card that was decline because they was not enough cash on card. I called the location in Garden City Ga to find out why. The guy told me the charge was for gas. I said that can not be because I fill the gas back to where it was when I got it. I also asked why would you charge me over $300 for gas? Then he said ot was for damages. I disputed that also and then he referred me to Uhaul head office. I called and spoke with a representative that told me the charge was for damages. On May 26 an attempt for $339.21 that was decline. Later that same night $236.86 was attempted to charge that was again decline. On June 9,2018 another attempt was made for a charge of $339.21 that was also decline. Needless to say Thos really frustrated me. I have used uhaul many times in the pass and have never experience anything like this. I am really disappointed about this situation.

I had a rental pickup time at 9am. The guy did not show until 10 minutes after. I asked was the utility dolly already in the truck and he said no. So now the equipment I rented was not available and he suggested I go to another location to get it. He was trying to take off the dolly from the contract and couldn’t do it. Then he tried to put it back on the contract and the system wouldn’t let him do it. I said I will deal with it later and just wanted to leave. So he called a guy and said what was happening with the website and told me to call the company. Ok, I just told him that I would do that. I was getting very aggravated that he was taking my time in consideration. I had to meet movers to load the truck with my belongings. So he was late, didn’t have the equipment I requested and he was not listening to what I was telling him. Very aggravating situation.

My bill was 1800.00 and I paid the full amount. I was suppose to get a 200.00 rebate for paying in full. I never received this. Not happy

I was given 189 miles for the trip. I had to pick it up at a place not of my choosing costing me more miles, then I had to return it to a place of your choosing again costing more miles. Even though it was just around 6 dollars extra U haul should give the customer a designated amount of miles to compensate for unforeseen circumstances such as these.

I scheduled a uhual from this location with expectation that I would be able to get an appliance dolly. When I showed to pickup the truck I was informed that they did not have any appliance dollies. I ultimately used the regular dolly included with the truck and was still charged for the more expensive appliance dolly even though I never received it. Furthermore, since I did not have the proper equipment my move took longer than expected and I was an hour and half over my estimated move time and was charged for two rental periods. So basically I was over-charged for the dolly on two rental period and had to pay for truck and insurance for two rental periods.
