The trailer was not clean and one tire was low on air but the service was awesome!!
I was there almost 2 hours the uhaul was frozen in ground n the brakes were frozen on another one and when I finally got one it was almost 2 hours later.the service and people are very friendly just thought the trailer should have been ready
The mobile pick up was a difficult procedure.when we entered all information and got to the part where it said reviewing we were bumped out twice. When we called the 1-800 number we had to go through two different people before pick up was initiated. Took 55 minutes. The return process was without incident.
Very nice people to deal with
Tires was in terrible shape, should have not been driven, we missed 2 days of our moving as had to drop trailer off for tire repair, should get reimbursed for those 2 days.
Prefer to have someone help hook the trailer to the truck.

A $20 fee for confirming that you dropped off the truck? Seriously? That's utterly ridiculous. Someone is going to visually confirm that the truck is in good working order before they rent it to the next person anyways. The pictures that a customer provides does not do justice to a visual inspection by a u-haul rep. Why should I have to pay for someone to do what they are already doing and have been doing all these years. They are getting hourly pay, isn't that enough? Feel free to contact me (709)-763-1180.
Doesn't need any improvements at this location. Staff are excellent and great to deal with. Way better than service at a big dealer in st.johns where I had rented before. A+
Inspection on the trailer was not complete, 3 of the four tires were low, one was flat. didn't discover it till I was on the road, but it didn't make a difference, it was the only trailer available.
I was quite satisfied with the service from beginning to end.
Friendly and knowledgable staff. Took the time to ensure I understood the hook up and safety features of the trailer. Will use again and recommend to a friend.

Not the unit ordered. None of the extras ordered. Truck fuel light was on empty. Lucky to have made it to gas station. Very poor.
not a very nice place to do business .gave me a truck covered with snow and ice.. i dont think this was very good i would not have taken the truck only i was stuck .
The inside of the vehicle was dusty and smelled of nicotine. The floor area was full of gravel. The front right low beam headlight was blown and the engine light was on. The cargo area was not swept clean and had small amount of paper debris. The vehicle ran well but lacked power on the hills.
Lack of equipment often requires to use sub optimal vehicle or results in requirement for significant extra travel / location changes to pick up vehicles. Reservations almost always require adjustment/ change with/by local agent to find a reasonable solution due to equipment shortages
When I showed up the trailer was there as I had dropped by days in advance to book it. The unit was frozen into the ice in the parking lot. Two of the wheels and hitch. The adjustment knob used to secure the trailer to the ball was seized up and I noticed one flat tire. I reported it to the dealer and was told to take it to a repair shop and U haul would pay for the repair. We,my son and I chopped it out of the ice,freeded up the hitch and hooked it to my truck with no help from the dealer. Then we took it to the tire repair place to discover both tires on that side were flat. Finally the repair was completed putting us three hours behind schedule and rotten dirty after all this process. I am totally disgusted with the service and help I didn't get here. Never was I asked or showed the proper procedures for operation of the unit. I am a regular yearly customer and think my next visit should be on U-Haul as a way of keeping good customer relations. I spoke to the district manager who was upset at the lack of help from the dealer and offered a discount. That's not good enough and I expect a call back to discuss this further.
Great experience. No problems what so ever
I used the U-Haul for 1 day and was billed for two.
Service Rep never did a walk around, check the mileage, or the fuel level, just got me to sign the paper and gave me the keys.
