I left some personal property in the truck when I rented it. I called them the first thing the next business day to ask about it and was told that they would look and call me back. Since then, I have left four messages that have been unreturned, and I am still waiting on that call back. Every time I try to call them, nobody from the location picks up so my calls get routed to their call center. I am told that all they can do is leave a message...so I do...which seems to go into oblivion. I love 2 hours away from this location and would like to confirm that they have it before driving all the way up there. Why is this such a complicated ask? The customer service I have experienced from pickup to now has been incredibly subpar. I will never recommend nor use this location again. Hopefully this negative review will finally prompt a response...but I won't hold my breathe.

Either be more reasonable and helpful OR Tell the customer when they rent that they must sweep/mop the truck completely clean before they return it, because you will not loan them a broom or towel, and you will charge $50 for cleaning even if the truck is barely dirty from walking in it to load/unload furniture. We had to drive next door the gas station to borrow a broom from the very kind owner and sweep And wipe with a rag, then drive back. It felt completely ridiculous as the truck was not that dirty!

All the associates need to seriously trained on customer service. Especially Lee, the woman that rang us up. Absolutely horrible service. No greeting when we came in, no greeting when we checked out. She over charged our products. Had to request a refund. Never again.

Called the day before and they told me one thing and when I came to pick up the truck they told me something completely different. Truck cab wasn’t clean and the back of the truck wasn’t swept.

The woman who checked me in was very rude and abrupt! She should NOT do cutomer services. The truck was old, worn out and had a hard time going up a small hill. The check out process was brief and painless. Thank goodness that's over!

Reserved & confirmed trailer was not available upon arrival. I didn't receive a call and nobody tried to be proactive and contact me to let me know. The staff was helpful in trying to locate one and in fact did locate one after about 1.5 hr at the location waiting. So, I had to drive the moving van to another location 25 miles away, doing the job that UHaul should have done originally for them.

call to the attention of the renter the fuel level shown on the paperwork and remind them to check it. In my recent experience, the paperwork said 1/4 tank (6.5 gallons). I drove 27 miles and saw the needle on empty. Put in 2 gallons figuring that was enough. Brought it back and the asst. manager wanted me to fill it to 1/4 because that is what the paperwork said, even though the odometer reading showed 27 miles of travel.

BEWARE!!!! Check your starting mileage..The person before me had wrong starting mileage. Then I had wrong starting mileage by almost 200 miles!! Also, new cargo vans have Dive and D2 on asthmatic shift, if engine is revving high check the gear you are in!! Also, When you turn in vehicle drive under Return Canopy and Honk your horn until someone comes out to help you!!

Front right and front intermediate load lashing rings missing from trailer. However, overcame this problem with some frankenstein fixes. Rings were required to transport two Harley bikes safely. Moral; always check suitability before leaving lot!

The only problem encountered was with the online system. The only thing it got right was my name and e-mail address. I don't understand why you take credit card info when you don't use it. Other than not having some of the equipment ordered the move went well.

I was a little surprised the trailer was not water tight. Nothing major and no damage, but there was water on some things inside the trailer. We traveled through some rain, but nothing dramatic.
