The truck. I rented had need oil change light on. The inside of truck was very clean except the front windshield was hard to see out of because it was dirty. I tried wiping it and it felt like something was sprayed on it and just dried there. The entire windshield. Because I was driving at night, when car lights would hit the windshield, it was very hard to see out of the thick film covering the windshield. Had I needed the truck longer, I would have cleaned and scrubbed the windshield myself for better visibility.LINDA H.
I had to turn around in the backyard of my house. And the truck got stuck in the mud, it was very difficult for me to get it out of there, it did not stay in something simple, not even my car gets stuck there, I never imagined that would happen.ANA M.

The truck was clean. However, the â€œneeds oil change lightâ€ was on for the entire time. The texted link to verify equipment condition at the outset did not work. No alternative was offered. Otherwise, this rental experience was good.PETER H.
Uhaul is constantly improving processes (which is a good thing), but for many customers (not including those who use storage), Uhaul is probably only used once in any given year at best (just my theory). The last time I directly used Uhaul (before this week) was probably 2-4 years ago. With all of the process changes/improvements (especially those resulting from COVID) I found myself having a lot of questions. Maybe an easy "Here's What's New" or "What To Expect" user guide could be presented on the website upon confirmation of my rental equipment booking? Making a cheat sheet like this more readily available might be helpful for other customers too who go 1-3 years between use of your services.Omari M.

I was disappointed though for fact that I thought I had bought insurance in case of dent and/or an accident. I bumped a parked car at night and thought that it was not much problem since I had bought insurance. I called in about the incident and I was disappointed when the cashier was asking "is this kind of insurance..." and I have no idea what she was asking about, thinking that I had bought insurance and was that. Unfortunately, it was not helpful buying "useless" insurance because I had to pay for the repair but myself. Next time I will take my chances. Thanks, anyway.LANRE B.
