On the online form I filled out and on the computer in the store, I selected the "No - I will reimburse Uhaul directly " option / refused CDW coverage every single time. At no point did I say yes to this coverage, but this Uhaul location setup some kind of scam where they put the CDW insurance on anyway, assuming I wouldn't notice. In this case, I didn't notice, so apparently this is now my fault that this Uhaul location purposely/accidentally ripped me off. Of course they refused to refund me because "you should have reviewed it again before you left." It's a deceptive and dishonest business practice, and if they do this to every customer, $10 per customer will definitely add up. I'll be using Budget or Penske from now on.

rented 10x10 box truck, truck overall did what i needed it to. Only thing driver seat would not adjust back and was not that comfortable, back of seat to much slop down. It was good i did not need to drive for long period.

Great service. Would like to note that while I was there to pick up my trailer, there was a very belligerent customer who was using profanity and yelling at the manager. The manager kept his cool and dealt with the individual in a very professional manner. Great customer service skills in a very hostile situation. Upper management should let him know that he did a great job.

Overall an ok experience. Received a text the day before the move letting me know that pick up point for truck changed but text had wrong date of my move listed. Staff was helpful at pick up point at Snouffer School location. The wrong drop off point for truck was listed as 1500 Russell Street on web site and contract. That has not been a drop off for some time. Drop off is 2929 Washington Blvd. Called in to Uhaul and they had no idea that drop off had changed. Took 45 minutes to get drop off point confirmed and that was frustrating. Staff at 2929 Washington Blvd were fantastic!!

Like many customers I am only using Uhaul until something bigger and better comes along and destroys the dinosaur that is uhaul. No reimbursement for overfilling gas upon return? Even when its 5-10 gallons extra? Really? First location I was reserved to pick up at there was no vehicle ready and I was given a $50 credit I may or may not see in 3-5 business days, big whoop. Cost for the day was $200. On top of that, I've rented probably 75 uhaul trucks in my short life and never once have I received any sort of loyalty discount. You guys suck.

I rented a 12 feet trailer with ramp HO2189N. The spring loaded hitch bolt nut was defective. It come loose many times and I had to pull over couple of time just to retighten it. When I returned the Trailer, I made a verbal compliant to the Representative on duty (an African American gentleman) who did not seem very concerned about it... I have rented the other trailer HO 1154N from the same location several times and it has never given me any problems. HOPE YOU GUYS FIX THIS POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS situation. Call me for more details of the situation....

the truck was dirty in the cab and the light inside of the 26 foot truck was broken and not working. I was moving items in the evening and I could not see anything inside the truck. It became very dangerous and one person actually tripped inside because of this.

First of all , I rented a trailer I paid for the entire day and I was forced to return it before 4 pm even though I started the rent at noon so basically I had to run to finish , that's is ridiculous if I paid for a rent for a entire day is 24 hours regardless the starting time I will make sure my bussines , my moving company don't take this location again .

They charged me a $25 dollar cleaning fee for 1 piece of cardboard and 1 piece of paper in the truck. I wasn't told that I needed to actually throw away the paper I put down to protect the truck. They wouldn't even listen to the customer or reason with me. I'm not happy at all with their customer service.

Customer reps are not so friendly. They need to learn to smile and say," I or Somebody will be with you shortly." This is a basic business practice. Until then I will not recommend this location to anybody.

Have paperwork for drop off correct. Someone with a dog had used the truck before me. Windows were all licked and hair all over the place. Have the courtesy to clean a truck properly before you give it to the next customer. Attendant said gas was at 7/8th. It was not. Had to take a picture of the gas guage.
