Trailer was clean but one of the tie down side rails was broken, making it harder to secure the load.

Online return portal not working. Was over charged, had to be with a customer care representative for over an hour. Was asked to pay extra for no valid reason

Camp at the rental truck had broken glass And they cab. There was trash in the back of the truck. I had to wait in line for 45 minutes to speak to someone. And when I got to the counter I was told their system is down so they only taking cash. Also the fuel was less than 1/4 of a tank. I had to go straight to the gas station to fill up.

I waited for 2 hours before I was able to get my truck. Completely delayed my moving day which was stressful as it is. Staff was overwhelmed because the credit card machine was not working. Luckily I had cash on me. I am expecting a refund in form of a check due to me overpaying cash for a security deposit. I could not wait the following day to have it all processed, I just left.

I made my reservation enough days in advance that when the day of my pickup came by, my truck should have been somewhat accessible to me, and should have had my equipment inside it already. I opted for the save time with the app pickup and it still took me almost an hour to get my truck and have someone load my rental equipment inside. Terrible.

I always used and recommended Uhuaul. But yesterday at this store, even though I made the reservation, the attendant was very rude to me. And I didn't want to take my reservation. I was very sad because you said rude words to me. After I insisted a lot she gave me another smaller truck. Please tell this girl, a Japanese, that I will never make a reservation at this store again.

Don’t assume customers know everything about picking up the rental equipment. Ask them if they need more guidance instead of just handle them the keys and saying it is outside.

1. Average customer service (day of truck pickup) 2. No eye contact. Especially when needed while wearing face mask. 3.Poor communication 4. Pad lock not functional 5. Charged for equipment not used. 6. Day of return: Account not to be charged until speaking with manager. Account charged a few hours later and no communication from management! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I had some challenges but the guys here treated me really gooooood. I lost the dolly. It was my first time using uhaul and I failed to securely close the back of truck and the dolly fell off. I was not charged for the dolly. THANK YOU. 2nd, the fuel level was not at 1/4 tank. It was at level E. I realized this when I left the place. I explained it later on and these guys said it was up to the manager. The manager credited me for filling the fuel to 1/4 tank. Big Thank You. Good job guys.

Check everything on vehicle before issuing it out, there was a problem with one of the back doors. Nothing major, it was a minor issue. Other than that, wonderful customer service, will be back if needed again.
