The location was convenient, so recommendation would be only on that basis. However, the van was filthy. Also, what should have been a quick experience was tedious because electronic systems did not function properly and the lone clerk was busy helping gas station customers while trying to help us. Additionally, we spent over an hour talking in person and on the phone to three separate representatives just to make a few simple changes to the reservation, and then when we arrived to pick up the van, none of the changes were reflected and we were given a bit of a hard time getting what we needed on site. While we had the van, we tried to call to inquire about one additional change, and the representative hung up on us. Very frustrating over all.

Sun visor on driver side was broken. Actually was dangerous to drive, could/would poke the eye. But the guy at the counter gave a different truck. Service was good, 1st truck not good, 2nd truck good.

Truck was dirty and smelly. Hadn't been cleaned. Windshield was smeary and there were stains on the seats and what looked like animal fur as well. Agent needs to work on customer service skills

Quality, clean vehicles. Customer service is what will keep me coming back here. Recently moving to the area, I originally reserved somewhere else only to find it had been given to someone else. This location allowed me to adjust and was in a moving vehicle in less than an hour. I'll always give preference to this location and UHaul over Budget and suggest that everyone else do the same!

The attendant charged us double our fee as a deposit, which was fine, but did not credit us when we brought the truck back after one hour. We received no receipt, though, he said he would send it by email. My husband went back to the station to have the deposit removed and the attendant refused to do it. Very unhappy with our experience. it's too bad, because we liked the truck. I would hesitate to do this again.

I made the reservation and I made prepayment to insure that I'll get the truck on time without any inconvenience. Considering all emails I received from Uhaul, I thought the whole process is accurate and Uhaul has consistent and reliable procedures that will make my pick up happen in seconds. I was shocked that I had to deal with one person at a gas station who's overwhelmed with customers and doing the best he can to help me. Unfortunately the Uhaul system was down or the computer had no access to the internet. The only way I could have the truck and leave to catch up with the people who have been waiting for 40 minutes to help, that he contacted the owner over the phone who was able to complete the process remotely over the phone. The impression I had from the multiple email notification I had about my reservation before the pick up is that Uhaul is perfectly organized and no such inconvenience will happen, it happened. I give credit to the person working st the gas station. He did his best to help. However, Uhaul should have better process in places that are not fully dedicated to Uhaul business.

Have a U-Haul sign on the property that can be clearly seen by the public. The location is a gas station with no indications that it was a U-Haul drop-off location with the exception of the building number and that 2 U-Haul trucks could be seen parked nearby. The personnel with whom I completed my transaction was okay, but could use some improvements with serving customers.

This location does not give its employees proper training on how to do Uhaul rentals. The employee, was very professional and courteous. However, he was not trained on how to check somebody in and check somebody out. Location is understaffed. there was 1 employee in a gas station at rush hour. He was doing 3 uhaul rentals, selling gas, selling lotto tickets, selling cigarettes. Obviously this location is getting good traffic from Uhaul and they need to devote more resources and training to their Uhaul business. I will probably not return to this location again. I had to wait 45 minutes to pick up my truck (and I had an appointment), and I had to wait 30 minutes to check out because employee was not trained on how to process the credit card transaction for Uhaul. This is not a review on the employee. He is a great employee . Management is taking their employees and their relationship with Uhaul for granted.

Too slow. I preregistered and I could not get a receipt for having the truck. Left without ever getting one after 20 minutes. Upon return 90 minutes later, could not get a paper receipt for having paid. Asked for an email receipt but that didn't work so great either.
